An absolutely wonderful property. Peace and quiet with only birds and wildlife for company. Wonderful hosts who seemed to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Basic breakfast supplies were very welcome. The cottage is situated close to local attractions. We were so relaxed we did not want to leave.

Cosy quiet cottage surrounded by farmland and trees. Great for relaxing and watching the birdlife explore the grounds.

The kitchen was fully equipped, however there was no washing machine so we had to buy extra underwear etc.

Our stay was very comfortable and the gardens were beautiful. It is a peaceful location and has many beautiful birds which visit the garden. Our host supplied everything we needed and we would like to visit again.

Excellent little cottage! Two bedrooms with ensuites suited us perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed, though may be not enough utensils for a big cook-up for a family.Beautiful ambiance with lots of little touches.The hosts left bread, milk, margarine and fresh eggs for our breakfast.Beautiful garden filled with many species of birds though it was too cold to sit outside to appreciate the verandahs and outdoor living spaces. The little heritage town of Millthorpe was less than 10 minutes' drive away.

Was a lovely place. So much nature. My son loved the close proximity to the sheep and cows, and got into bird watching too! Super clean property, with everything you'd need for a short stay.

My friend and I just had an amazing long weekend in this beautiful cottage. Just 5 ish minutes from Millthorpe and close to an array of wineries, it was the perfect location. Super quiet we enjoyed the indoor gas fire as well as the fire pit outside - kept us warm on the chilly 0 degree nights!Well equipped kitchen and modern fit out we loved all the tiny touches. The garden was lovely and plenty of places to sit. Loved watching the stars and seeing the Milky Way as well as watching the sunrise too. Virginia was super efficient communicating with us and helped out when we had a few troubles with no hot water and the gas fire not working which we appreciated. Also appreciated the electric blankets that kept us toasty at night. All in all a wonderful peaceful stay in a gorgeous setting! Thanks so much for having us and can’t wait to come back and explore further!

Once again we stayed here for the Junior National All Breeds Cattle Show at Blayney. The property is perfect and the hosts are beautiful people who were so accommodating. Virginia is very particular and willing to make sure our visit is just right. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again soon.

We were looking for a winter escape to the country and found it in this beautiful cottage. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable beds and ensuites to the thoughtful supplies of milk and bread. Loved the sun coming through the gums and watching willy wagtails from the kitchen window. We had frost one morning and rain through the night but remained snug by the fire. We could have stayed a week.

Great place to stay with exceptional attention to detail, very nice people to deal with and have a chat to.

Well appointed and cosy cottage with beautiful new bathrooms and a fabulous outdoor fire area. we loved our stay here and David and Virginia are terrific hosts - we will definitely be back!
