Entire 2 Family cottage, private garden, by sea, boardwalk & bay.No Proms

We had an amazing time at the Shore. Our host, Nina, was incredibly responsive throughout the process (both before and during our stay). The home has everything anyone would need for an incredible time (well stocked kitchen, comfortable living areas,extra towels/blankets, beach chairs, noodles, toys for the dog, outdoor shower....I can't name everything this place has to offer. Our dog was a welcome guest (beds, dishes, toys) and he felt as comfortable as if he were in our own home. In short, we had a great time and would definitely book here again.

The house and property had everything and more that we could've wanted and needed for our family getaway. The kids absolutely loved the toys, games, beach items and sports great to enjoy :)The trampoline was a favorite in the privacy of the beautiful backyard. Loved the house, the clean spaces, everything planned and the outdoor shower. The perfect place to stay with your family!

We loved staying here. Perfect location, clean and well stocked. Enjoyed indoor and outdoor games. Will be definitely be coming back.

We were in the area for a small family reunion and the house fit all our needs and them some. Ninas communication is the best we have ever had from a host, from the greatly detailed instructions for everything you can imagine to providing a fun and interesting backstory to her and her husband! Being just a few blocks from the beach was very nice but what really drew us to the property was the totally fenced in back yard for our dog to run and play and it didn't disappoint! Of all the places we have stayed before, this was by far and away the most dog friendly! Any time we come back to the area, we will definitely look to stay here again

I must say as a mom choosing the right place to stay is sometimes stressful. But with this property I didn’t have that stress at all. Nina and Nick has put so much detail into this home it was truly a wonderful experience. They had everything and I mean everything that we needed and even things I didn’t think of was there for us to use. The home is so cute and we loved the decor and absolutely loved the backyard!!! Definitely would recommend this home to anyone proudly. We will be back next year for sure.

My family and I enjoyed our first mini vacation at the cottage. It was filled with supplies we can use and very kid friendly. It had so many activities for the little ones and it was very beautiful at night with all the lighting. Really enjoyed it and we will be returning very soon!

We could not have chosen a better property. My husband and I traveled with our 3 children, ages 20, 17, and 13 along with 3 of their friends. Since it is two units in one house, we were able to put the younger 4 upstairs where they could be their messier selves. It was so nice to be together but separate. The house has everything you could want. The hosts have everything so organized. We had it all at our disposal between basketball and the trampoline, bikes, and beach chairs. It is decorated whimsically and nicely with a nice mix of modern and antique. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cool. I could use the kitchen easily to feed the 8 of us and the two tables outside helped keep the mess outside. I would ABSOLUTELY rent this property again. We LOVED it.

The cottage was perfect for our stay with 4 kids (10 & 12) & 4 adults! The yard was amazing and allowed us all the chance to truly unplug! The house/shed was beyond stocked & organized and had all that we needed & more! The hosts were extremely responsive & accommodating. If we return for the Seaside Heights Sand Soccer Tournament next year, we hope to return to this property!

I recently rented this home and it was absolutely lovely! It was super clean and incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a charming living area. The attention to detail was impressive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
