Stayed Jul 10, 2025What a delightful spot! Carol and Tony couldn't have been more welcoming and generous. The casita was comfortable and clean, and the little back patio was so nice. Easy access to the beach, downtown Encinitas and the freeway. Great place.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Carol and Tony’s place was such an awesome base camp for our beach vacation! The Casita was so cozy and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The backyard area was such a bonus to an already wonderful setup! Our daughters spent most of their time on the porch outside. There are two awesome beaches within a 5 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk. They had beach chairs, toys, and surfboards for us to take to the beach each day! Encinitas is such a gem and we will definitely be back! Carol and Tony were amazing hosts and treated us like family from the moment we got there.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025This is a cute cottage that has 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen-no oven but a toaster oven, microwave and hot plate. One of the bedrooms has a small sitting area with a TV screen. The garden was really beautiful with lots of seating areas.The hosts were very helpful and generous. Thanks so much! We had a great time!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We spent 4 nights at Tony and Carol's pristine casita. Two queen beds, well stocked kitchenette. About two miles from downtown. The accommodations were great for three adults. It is not a large space but has great back yard area. Tony and Carol live in main house right next door. They were accessible but completely respected our privacy. We will definitely rent it again on our next visit.

Stayed May 28, 2024Carol and Tony's place was clean, comfortable, authentic, and low-key. It was a perfect basecamp for adventures. The location is close enough to town to be convenient, while far enough away to offer a peaceful respite from the hustle. It was a quiet place to recharge after a day of adventure.
