Stayed Aug 19, 2023My family had a wonderful time at this cottage! My boys especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a long beach day. They loved the watching the wild bunnies outside as we drove in and out of the property. The cottage was spacious and clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed to relax.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023The cottage was very cute. Nice neighborhood, quiet. We had a few hiccups and the company came right away and fixed them. The cottage was enough room for my husband, myself and our 17y/o daughter. We really enjoyed our time on the back porch. We were a little disappointed we didn't know there was no wifi until a week before we went, but we made due.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022We enjoyed staying in the same cottage complex that we had stayed 6 yrs ago. While this home is a little outdated, the tiny kitchen has all new appliances, a new gas grill outside and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The screened in porch was a big plus! This home was immaculate. The location is very close to many beaches both bayside and Atlantic side. Thoughtful owner, Gerry, checked in with us first when he came by to drop off cover for the new outside grill. We enjoyed his visit. The bed in master room was incredibly comfortable! I slept like a baby which is saying a lot for someone with insomnia.

Reviewer Comments: The cottage was a little small for four people (mostly because of the kitchen), but it was a comfortable place to stay for a week. The location was good with easy access to beaches, groceries, etc. I really appreciated the screened in back porch and outdoor shower!

Bigger than it looks.I would not say it was dirty but surfaces were sticky, it needed a good wipe down and dusting.
