Christina's communication was excellent from start to finish - always responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with great suggestions on places to visit in the area.The cottage itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home.We really appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making sure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend, and we would gladly return!

The host kept in touch and provided great recommendations on local attractions. The house itself and neighborhood are in a great location, and the house is well maintained and has a well-stocked kitchen. After spending early mornings and late afternoons running the dog on the beach and fishing from the pier, it was so relaxing to come back and be able to go kayaking right from the property and watch the sunsets from the deck.

My husband and I stayed here with our 14 and 3 year old daughters and 2 dogs for a long weekend in October. The cottage is adorable, and the view…the view is just STUNNING, especially at sunset! The house had everything we needed and was so cozy for a fall getaway. Have I mentioned the sunset views? The host was wonderful! From booking until checkout, she communicated every step of the way, and responded to any messages I sent quicker than any host I have ever worked with (truly). She also gave several recommendations in the area that were amazing! Great host, great home — we would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great weekend! :)

We had a great stay at the cottage. The location is right on the bay. The home was very neat and clean. Check -in was simple. There was excellent communication with the host. We highly recommend staying here. Beautiful sunsets.

This property is great! It is clean, light and perfect for a couple. We brought our dog, but there’s room for kids in the loft. The gazebo was my favorite outdoor go-to spot when we weren’t running the dog on the beach. This is our third stay at Surfside and the neighbors are always friendly. Christina and Brian, the hosts, are very attentive. We will be back!

This was a spectacular cottage and bay location! Fishing steps away. The added attraction of a gazebo. The cottage welcoming, clean, light, and airy! Sunset right at your bay view doorstep. The hosts were communicative, hospitable, and welcoming. Every detail of the stay was specified. Convenient gated community with 2 pools and laundry. Quiet and relaxing! We look forward to returning in the future! Thank you for the highlight of our summer 2025!

This was our first trip to Sandbridge and we loved it! The host had excellent recommendations and the cottage was perfect for our quick stay. It was a very convenient location and the views/access to the bay was incredible!

Short couple days to unwind as a combo 19th birthday and Mother’s Day trip

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The cottage was clean and tidy and everything we needed was thoughtfully included. We enjoyed the close beach access and appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs provided by the host. All of the neighboring guests were very friendly and happy to give a wave and a smile. We brought our pup Maggie along, she enjoyed the cool evenings on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful and relaxing time! We loved being right on the water and able to launch our kayaks in. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 small kids! The kids loved the “loft” area!

This was absolutely the best Vrbo experience my husband and I have had by far. The house and it’s contents were clean, well organized, and beautifully decorated. Communication from the host was outstanding, especially given the fact we booked last minute (we live out of state and our daughter went into labor) and it was a holiday. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying here. Such a quiet neighborhood, clean cottage, great view. It was super cozy and will definitely stay again. The hosts were so great with communicating as well.

Our vacation was excellent for our family of 4! Owner was very responsive. The location on the back bay is great and it is so close to the water. The tiny home had everything we needed and more (kayak, beach supplies, pickleball). Our 2 kids really enjoyed the loft area and having their own space. Home was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This tiny home was so beautiful! Everything was just like the pictures. The view in the evening when the sun was setting was beautiful. The whole process was very easy. The host made it very easy to get ahold of her if we had needed anything . We loved getting up in the mornings and heading to the back bay. Then to the beach in the afternoon. There was parking at the entrance of the resort and it was an easy walk to the beach from there. Everyone was very friendly. We never made it to the pools but it was an easy walk to the one pool and it looked so nice.

This place is perfect. Low key neighborhood, no traffic, great views from inside the home and a stone's throw from the beach. Rental is clean and comfy. Treat yourself....book it!

If I could give this one more than 5 stars I would! The house was so clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was phenomenal. They checked in to see if we got in ok if we had any issues with the property and to make some recommendations for visits during our stay as well. The house itself was stocked with absolutely anything you could have needed. Not to mention the location and view are far better than we imagined. When we return to Sandbridge I will most definitely be staying here again!
