House was great, they provided all the little extras.

The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I return to southern Oregon.

Checking in was easy. The kitchen was especially well equipped compared to other accommodations I have rented. For the most part, the home was neat, clean and well stocked. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

We came for the Britt and enjoyed our stay at this nice quiet home. I was worried at first because its a duplex work a shared wall, but we didn't see nor hear the neighbors.

I stayed here with my friend and her husband joined the following day. My friend and I did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the kitchen. The photos of this house just don't do it justice!

The cottage was located downtown near everything and the beds & linens were an excellent quality. There were coffee beans and a grinder, olive oil salt & pepper. Those things while small make the stay easy and comfortable.

Spent Christmas here to be with a family member that lives in Medford. Kitchen was well stocked and were able to make all the meals for the holiday celebration and even able to make gingerbread cookies. Very close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and stopped by to greet us as we checked in.

House was very clean, but no TVs in bedrooms. One parking spot. Front yard is overgrown. Neighborhood is so so.

Beautifully upgraded older duplex, good location & had everything we needed during our short stay. Highly recommended!

Really great communication with host, who is very easy to work with. Cute little house-- and the neighbors were even super nice when we had a little car trouble at check out time!

This charming home had all the comfort and amenities a renter would hope to have and then some! The central location was also perfect for all the Southern Oregon must sees. Easy check in/out process is another plus.10/10 recommend.

It was a beautifl home,but was disappointed there was no hot tub thats what drew me too it!! It was advertised but we couldnt find it!!

We did enjoy our stay and it was very convenient. The back yard photo in the listing of the round table and umbrella was no where near the actual backyard table. It was too hot to be outside, otherwise we would have like to use it and would not have been able to. That was the only disappointment.

Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing breakfast here. The garden was outstanding! We arrived to see roses and iris blooming all around the house. What a warm welcome!
