Full bath with tub/Roman shower combo (please see photo as this is a bit different style and NOT full head height), Smart TV and premium sound with fast WIFI. Convenient and private parking space for one full size car or SUV only, otherwise on street parking - with permit provided upon request. Quiet and efficient wall mounted air conditioning. Building includes fire sprinkler system and carbon monoxide detector. Two bikes, helmets and locks provided. No pets and no smoking.
