Directly on one of Florida's Best Beaches! Vilano Bch. Oceanfront, St. Augustine

Cindy was a delight to work with! Her home is perfect and she has thought of every single thing you could ever need. We were mere steps from being at the ocean. We saw dolphins daily!! Evenings on the porch watching the ocean were fantastic. Many gorgeous sunrises (and sunsets from the front). The most perfect rainbow ever! This home is a perfect stay and we will be back. Thank you so much for the most wonderful vacation.

This nice clean house on the beach exceeds our expectations! The huge deck facing the beach will leave you relaxed watching the waves roll into the almost secluded beach. We sat in the perfect chairs watching dolphins play directly in front of us. God really shows out with the perfect sunrise of a morning too. I would highly recommend this rare find.

An absolute gem of an oceanfront property. The view and closeness to the beach 100% perfect. Closeness to historic st augustine was also perfect. And the host.. the best with communication.

Our plans were to spend the entire 4 day 3 nights at the rental, we brought meals we wanted for each day and the unit had everything we needed to prepare and complete what we wanted to prepare. once inside we left only to go the beach one of the best short stay vacations we have had.

Loved our week in this adorable beach “cottage”. The sunrises every morning were spectacular and the location was perfect. Our hosts were so helpful with reco’s and area tips. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful oceanfront duplex for two! The bright living room and oceanfront deck were our favorite; open concept with dining table, counterspace, all essentials in kitchen. Communication was easy and informative from beginning to end. Owners bought ice and placed in freezer for our arrival because the maker was not workingthoughtful essential! They even mailed back dresses I had left in the closet. Highly recommend for a few night get away!

The place was great, clean and well stocked. Perfect for our needs. Would stay again when we are beck in the area.

Wonderful host - very helpful. House was exactly as described. Clean, well styled, well-maintained furniture. Amazing view of beach and ocean. No hidden gotcha surprises. Quiet area (at least in early November)Best suited for couples or small family. Only very minor issue is that the house is close to the road. Wasn’t terribly busy, but do need to manage the exit from parking.Bottom line - would definitely go back.

My mom and I had the most wonderful getaway at this beautiful oceanfront home on Vilano Beach. Waking up to the sunrise and enjoying our morning tea on the private deck was pure magic. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly communicative and shared so many helpful tips for the area. We loved watching dolphins from the shore, exploring St. Augustine, taking a sunset cruise, and dining at Aunt Kate’s. Checkout was a breeze. Truly a perfect stay—we can’t wait to come back!

The place was adorable. The communication was top notch. The view is incredible. Located directly on the ocean with a nice large balcony. It was newly remodeled and very clean. It had everything we needed. The only negative was the bugs on the balcony. We were being eaten alive by something (no see em's maybe). The only time we could enjoy the balcony was if it was super windy. Bug spray did not help and covering up didn't help either. Not sure what the answer is but I just want to make it known because it dramatically affected our stay.

This duplex rental is perfectly located on a beautiful white sand beach. It was so lovely to look at the ocean and listen to the pounding waves. The beach front was amazingly quiet with very few people on it despite the beautiful weather we had while we visited. Coming from New England, we found the water to be very warm and the entire beach environment was exceptionally clean. The rental unit was just as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen is on the small side, but we were not cooking very much so it met our needs well enough. The bedrooms were comfortable, but the living room would benefit from one more comfortable chair as the rocking chair is a bit hard to sit on for more than a short while. The outside deck overlooking the ocean is fantastic and afforded good privacy from the other side of the duplex, even though no one else was there during our stay. Very nice updated furniture on the deck. This is a personal preference, but I would have liked to have had screens in the sliding doors to take full benefit of the fresh air, especially at night. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the homeowners communicated with us very well.

Amazing location - as described right on the beach. Each morning a spectacular sunrise and a special Full Moon too. Super clean and cozy. Loved our visit

What a great vacation! Beautiful home, deck, and access to your own beach steps away. I loved every part of this home. Cindy was helpful and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to unwind and relax.

The home was beautiful and everything advertised. Hurricane Milton delayed my booking by one day. The island had Wi-Fi issues for most of the stay. All these things were storm related. The host Chip and Cindy did all they could to make our stay enjoyable.
