Stayed Jul 28, 2025Owners called to personall check in on us before the stay. They upgraded us for free to their largest cottage. Everything was as advertised. My daughter and I had a nice relaxing evening. P. S. The Clark's Grocery makes the best supreme pizza I've had in a very very long time. So so worth it! Glad we stayed! Thanks Hales!

Stayed May 13, 2023We loved our stay here! It was such a nice little getaway. Very clean, cozy, and perfect for us and our dog. We want to stay here again! Great location to access the City of Rocks.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024It gives more of a camping kind of feel. I gre up camping so it was fine for me. I don't know that I would have minded the outhouse so much except my husband and I got food poisoning on our trip so it was a but of a hassle trying to frequently get out there in the middle of the night But that isn't the property owners fault, that was just our experience. The people are wonderfully kind and inviting! And the town is cute and beautiful.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Stayed here for one night to attend a family funeral in May 2024. It was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed staying here. The owners are nice folks. Not having an indoor bathroom is not that big of a deal. There is an exterior sink and shower available.
