Cute Cottage Next to Hunting Island.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the pass to Hunting Island. However the property could be freshened up.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. So pleased with the quiet peaceful atmosphere and privacy. Our host was Super Nice and had everything in the cottage and the screened porch area. We wished we had booked for a longer stay and didn’t want to leave!!

Just what we were looking for, quiet and nature. Short drive to beaches, and downtown Beaufort. Restaurant suggestions were spot on for the lowcountry food we desired, the Penn Center was awesome, snd just being together in the cozy house was lively. We had breakfast in the house every morning, but enjoyed the local restaurants for lunch and dinners. Calling ahead and checking is suggested because some of the restaurants are only open on certain days. I love the slow quiet ways of the low country and we will be back.!

Cozy and secluded. It was everything I wanted for a nice quiet vacation.The only company i had was frogs and lizards in the yard which I loved. There was a very good coffee shop and burger place close by. Bed was comfortable and i slept like a baby..I did cook there and found everything I needed.I would definitely stay there again

The little place was so adorable. Very cute, very clean, very private. The bed was like sleeping on a soft pillow cloud. Ilove how they made sure we had all our needs and gave us alot of great information. They were so nice. Iloved the screen in porch with lights and a hammack. I truly felt at ease !! I highly recommend this place for couples who want some alone time.

Terrific stay! The cottage is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway to Hunting Island State Park -- and the outbuildings are great for charging an EV (110 or 220V!). We'll be back when we visit again!

Its was very quiet and private. Minutes from every thing! If you love nature it’s for you.

The site is rustic, natural and private. Not plush but adequate. I made a few suggestions for the manager for improvements to accommodate those of us who are older. The screened area was much more spacious than the house. My only complaint is the positioning of the bed. It was only accessible on one side and crawling out for potty trips at night was a challenge for the inside sleeper.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved Hunting Island, Beaufort, the Spanish moss and old trees, the riverwalk and the parks around the area. The property was private, well appointed, clean and quiet. We will be back.
