Loved the garden and the convenient location.Thoughtfully prepared space inside was a bonus!

Very cosy & quiet

Peaceful location. Dog friendly cottage and town.Clean. The air conditioning kept the cottage cool on a hot, windy day. Very comfy bed. Excellent communication with the hosts.

Great property, great location, dog loved the spacious fenced yard

The bird life/wildlife was amazing. Semi tamed birds sitting on railings or eating out of your hand is quite unique. The cottage, itself was very quaint with a deck at the back with a very calming view. I would recommend to couples.

The cottage was beautiful, with the most picturesque garden. Very comfortable and clean, and an easy walk to excellent shops and restaurants. My dog had the perfect weekend playing with the host's dog in the shared backyard. Anne was an excellent host, we are looking forward to coming back!

This cottage in Berrima is lovely. It is small and cozy and has a lovely verandah just right for morning coffee in the sun. The owners are really nice. They are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, lovely property so happy they accepted pets

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend here celebrating her birthday. The cottage is small and cosy, and set on a beautiful property. Berrima shops are a short walking distance. The hosts were very accomodating and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely, little cottage with a delightful veranda area for relaxing. It is situated very close to the heart of Berrima. Everything was easy and accessible.

The cottage is pretty much in the center of the village and only a few minutes' walk from the many cafes, etc. It's still very peaceful, with a nice porch at the back for book reading/relaxing, and the host could not have been more helpful and hospitable.

Comfortable, lovely property, great for a couple's weekend away. Lots of nice little details (such as milk and coffee, hair drier, etc). Very nice hosts and located very close to the shops and nice restaurants of Berrima.

Cottage was great very clean great backyard

This was our second stay at Crabapple Cottage, we love it! Phil and Anne are wonderful hosts and our little dog Indi loves their backyard. Lovely sitting on the back porch and watching the birdlife.

The cottage was small and cosy, with everything I needed—from a beautiful posy of freshly picked flowers on arrival to all the kitchen basics, including paper towels, fresh milk in the fridge, and even a small low-fat milk! The same thoughtful touches were found throughout the cottage, like a bottle of conditioner in the bathroom and a copy of the instructions on how to use the air conditioner being available, making my stay even more comfortable.One of the highlights for me was sitting on the covered back porch, watching a massive thunderstorm roll by. Walking barefoot on the most incredible, lush grass! I also loved sitting on a bench by the river, watching two water dragons on the opposite bank battle sunniest spot on the rocks.But the biggest highlight was meeting Phil (as Annie was away). Phil is my idea of the quintessential Australian—laid-back, friendly, and easygoing in the best possible way, making me feel instantly at ease. A real ‘can-do, fix-anything’ kind of person, he even showed me around his fantastic work shed—complete with its own resident possum!What I appreciated most about Phil was that he was always happy to chat when the moment was right. We had some truly enjoyable conversations, but I never felt intruded upon. At the same time, I spent hours in the garden or by the river, soaking in the peace and beauty—such a contrast to where I live.What I miss the most? The quiet, the beauty, my seat by the river, and especially those chats with Phil.

Well-equipped cottage for two in Berrima with a comfy deck overlooking the attractive garden. Thoughtful and generous provisions were provided by the hosts. Easy walk to the local cafes/restaurants and pub. A relaxing stay in the middle of the township. Accomodation for all seasons.

Had an amazing 3 night stay in Berrima. The cottage was everything we needed and the backyard was perfect. It was so nice relaxing in the backyard and going on the many walks around town.Our Dog (greyhound) loved the space and enjoyed the backyard which was secure. Everywhere around town is also very dog friendly ! Thanks again to our Hosts :)

Gorgeous little cottage, beautiful fully fenced backyard for our dog, confortable bed and friendly and helpful hosts.

Property was lovely. Big back yard with creek out the back. Ideal for a dog. However, the host was around all the time, so no real privacy. Even mowed the lawn at 10.30, half an hour before checkout. Not impressed.

True to Berrima’s heritage

A cosy cottage stay in a perfect spot for enjoying the pleasures of Berrima with nice access to the river. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.

The Crabapple Cottage setup was ideal for `empty-nesters' seeking a week away from the pressures and congestion of the nearby (almost) city of Sydney. There are several good restaurants within a walking radius. Recommended.

After a very stressful couple of months, it was so lovely to relax and unwind in such a lovely, peaceful cabin. We loved being able to walk into Berrima’s Main Street and sitting out on the deck looking out over the gorgeous yard and pond (and the duck visitors)

Everything you need, very comfortable stay. We arrived late and the owner pre-warmed the cottage and had the electric blankets going which was very welcome after a long drive. Would definitely stay again!

Phil and Anne were perfect hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to stay somewhere so dog friendly as well.

The cottages are in a great spot close to vintage antiques and art gallery and a lovely cafe/patisserie close by. Berrima has lots of historical places to visit and shops to browse. The yard is wonderful for pet stays too
