Cozy rural cottage less than 10 minutes from Regional West Medical Center

Location close to town but rural. We love yo ride bicycles on gravel roads, great location.

Perfect size and location for me and my husband to stay a couple days while fishing and sight seeing around the area. Great host, easy communication, clean accommodations.

Second time staying at this location, its nice and quite but close enough to town to run in for groceries. Having the steel car-port is a great plus to keep your vehicle safe from hail during the summer when the thunderstorms are doing their thing!

Clean, spacious, and a great location. Had an issue with getting the door to lock and Clay sent somebody out right away to get it looked at. Very professional

I am extremely disappointed in the property and the host. The listing says no animals allowed. We got to the property at 10pm after sitting on the sofa we noticed lots of animal hair. My son sat on the rug in the living room and he was full of dog hair. We left immediately and had to book a hotel room. Before I left the host a review I gave him the opportunity to apologize and refund what we spent. He did not due that and lied about there being no animal hair. Pictures were submitted that show animal hair in multiple places. Pictures that I did not submit were the amount of dust on all areas and the sink that was filthy.

Host was great very accommodating

The family gathered as a last minute holiday get together. A cozy home just right for last minute family holiday. The host was quick to change out a bathroom faucet that was not working properly.

We came to do mule and white tail hunting. It was a great place and worked out well relative to location. Clean, great space for vehicles and trailers, no issues. We will be back. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay for the weekend! Comfy beds, clean house, easy to work with renter. 10 stars!

This place is a little gem! It’s far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to run into town for groceries etc. The AC works incredibly well, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to self cater. I was traveling on a motorcycle so I was able to pull up right outside the front door to unload and the yard light kept it feeling secure. All in all very satisfied with the location and would certainly stay again should I need to.

Nice little place centrally located between Mitchell and Scottsbluff making it handy to visit the area attractions. Clay was always quick to reply to my messages and was helpful in providing bag chairs for us for the balloon festival and alerting us to some hazardous road conditions due to recent rains.

Overall Great experience! Owner is extremely understanding and helpful. No Complaints

Listing was accurate. I will add though that if you are coming here bring washcloths for your bath, otherwise everything else was great.
