Cozy Pet Friendly Duplex Cottage nestled right in the heart of Port Aransas!

The property was clean and decorated nicely! It is centrally located so it was perfect for shopping, going to the beach and dining! We did have a little trouble with check in as I didn’t get the door codes until after 4:00pm when check in is at 4:00 and we had to call someone to speed the process up. While the air conditioner kept the house cool some of the bedrooms were stuffy so it would be nice if there were box fans that could be used in all bedrooms. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Very easy to walk and golf cart to the beach. Sip yard nearby and live music at other bars.

Upon arrival, we immediately encountered several serious issues:•The cottage was extremely dirty, with visible grime and unclean surfaces throughout.•A strong and unpleasant odor, resembling dead fish and pet urine, filled the unit and made it very uncomfortable to stay in.•The property was infested with cockroaches, and we also discovered rat droppings inside the kitchen dishware, which is an extreme health hazard.•The kitchen was poorly stocked, lacking essential cookware. We were forced to purchase our own pans in order to prepare meals.•We had to spend a significant amount of our vacation time cleaning the kitchen and bedrooms, instead of enjoying the beach as planned.•We also had to spend our own money on cleaning supplies and pest control sprays to make the space minimally usable.•Our nights were not restful, as the overall condition of the unit left us feeling uncomfortable, anxious, and unable to relax.

The location was great and the property was very clean. We were close to the night life and walking distance to anything we needed. Communication was great and we had a great time!

Walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars and marina. Very comfortable beds and cutely decorated. We also rented a golf cart.

We rented both sides of the duplex and it was absolutely perfect for our group. You can’t find a better location either. Walking distance to several restaurants and the marina! Will definitely be renting again.
