Stayed Oct 19, 2025The view to the lake through autumn leaves was awesome. Bear Paw Community is friendly and very peaceful. My dog and I walked all over, she seldom had to come and be leashed up for traffic. Deer, chipmunks, squirrels. The interior looks as advertised, minus rugs and plus slipcovers which might be because we were traveling with a dog. Kitchen is reasonably stocked - seasonings, extras. No cooking oil and sorry, w/ the price of EVOO, I didn't leave it behind! Thirty plus minutes to the store.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025The house itself is very nice and equipped with anything you might need, but the best feature is the view from the screen porch. You can see the lake. Not a clear view but beautiful through the tree tops. I've never been anywhere so quiet. All we heard were birds and an occaisonal boat. The wifi was down and cell service is very spotty, but a blessing to get away from there. Can't wait to return.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This is an ideal home for family and friends with complete amenities for everyone’s comfort. The porch was a favorite to hang out listening to nature and music. The lake made a beautiful view with the sunrise and sunset. Definitely want to stay again. Sheree is a wonderful host as we arrived early and she was very accommodating. Thank you dear lady!
