Overall the place was clean. However, they leave it up to the guests to wash their dishes and the last guests did a subpar job and we had to wash everything before using.

The house was great and exactly as described! Melanie was very welcoming and helpful. If you're going to be in Prescott and need a place to stay, this is a great choice!

Loved our stay! This is the third property I have stayed at by this owner and will continue to stay with them. Property is clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, heat up leftovers, keep your leftovers cold, it has a Keurig and has the pods for it, full utensils etc. Bedrooms were comfortable. Living room is comfortable with a tv for entertainment. The host has always been available for any questions. I recommend.

Stayed here a few weeks ago while in town for a softball tournament. This place fit our needs perfectly. It's a quick drive into town, and to the fields. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We did have others in the other part of the house but it was not as loud as I read in other reviews (could be they were a quiet group). We'd stay here again for sure.

The house was clean, organized and comfortable.

All was really good. Except for the neighbors in Suite A, who stayed up all night talking loudly. I could her it perfectly through the wall. Little sleep was had the first night. When I got up they quit talking. Thank goodness they were gone the next night. Other than than I would stay, again. Thanks again

The south bedroom in this unit was noisy from the tv in next unit. Otherwise, very nice stay.

I stayed at this property for a little under a week. I had a great stay for a great price. Kitchen is a great size with great appliances and utensils (full fridge, oven/stove, microwave, plates/cups/silverware, etc). Living room area is very comfortable with a great setup with the TV. Beds are very comfortable with a TV in each room. Bottom line, it's a great property in a great location for a great price.

Property was clean and comfortable. Melanie was helpful as our primary contact. A few small items need corrected. The electronic lock on front door is difficult and frustrating to operate. Also only one hand towel and two face cloths were supplied for 2 guests for 4 day stay.The short walk to town is not as easy as it sounds. Also the bathroom sink has no stopper.Small items but annoying.Could be a 5.

Nice stay

Loved everything about this place. Its close to Whiskey Row and my family's house. Clean and beds are so comfortable. We didn't have trouble sleeping. Lovely kitchen, we loved the coffee maker. We would stay there again.

This place was perfect for our family. Nice walk to downtown shops and restaurants.The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that it wasn't very clean. Particularly the bathroom. Also the shower head was not installed properly so it was

We stayed at this property for five days while dropping òur kiddo at Embry Riddle. It’s centrally located in town, there’s plenty of parking and the neighborhood is fine. The unit is just fine, nothing exceptional, it met our needs.

We found the property a wonderful place to stay. Close to the places we chose to visit. The interior is nicely updated. A very quiet neighborhood. We plan to be back.
