Cozy Guesthouse in the Heart of Prescott!

Quiet, comfortable cottage. Owners communicated well.

Everything was as expected. Very clean with nice touches throughout. Only issues was with the tv. Had problems with buffering on a constant basis. Very frustrating but on the other hand, I wasn’t there to watch tv.

Centrally located and a quaint quiet neighborhood. Check in and out was easy.

Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Location, location, location! This place was within a max of 8 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Prescott. Perfect for two people and well stocked for what you need for your stay.

The guesthouse was very inviting! We like to stay in and cook so we had everything that we needed. The gas fireplace was amazing to have and Melanie was very responsive! I would definitely stay here again. I guess the only thing I would say that would be negative is that it’s in the alleyway. You don’t really have a view but to me I’m just fine with it!

I am not sure what is meant by the winery. As far as I know, there is no winery associated with the property.

Our stay was pleasant. Very close to downtown. Host was very quick to respond.

This small cottage has a nice feel: it is very clean, well appointed, and everything about it allows the visitor to feel comfortable. I will stay here again if it is available.

The property itself was really cute and well furnished. The owner was very communicative and was able to answer any questions. One suggestion is for some shades on the high windows on the East wall. There is plenty of neighborhood lights to make the place never get very dark and when the sun comes up, you do too (lol). The parking was a little tight too for anyone with a full size vehicle. All in all though, great value and a nice place!

Nice stay

Very close to everything had wonderful time. I will suggest to friends for sure . The only thing I would clean is refrigerator needs to be cleaned looks clean has an odor. We left a deck of cards in case it snows again up there for someone else. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was just as pictured and was a great location

Only a few blocks from the center of Prescott. Everything needed for our stay. The only negative was the need to operate a manual gate each time you arrived our departed.

Everything was great for our weekend purpose. It had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We will stay here again.
