Cozy Family-Sized Cottage in Kearney - Hot Tub & Sauna 3 Min walk to Perry Lake

Property was nice and very clean and had a great outdoor space in the backyard. Was a bit disappointed to see that it wasn’t across from the water as the pictures indicated.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at this cozy chalet. Its was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and easy access to enjoy. The sauna and hot tub were amazing and offered our family the quiet, rest and relaxation we were looking for. HIghly recommend!

Cottage was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Stayed with 4 adults, two teens and a dog. Really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and day trips to Arrowhead Provincial Park. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communications were friendly, helpful, and prompt.

We stayed for two days to attend a family get together in the area. The cottage was very clean and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property was exactly as described on the listing. Nicole was very quick with answers about the property and her instructions were complete and uncomplicated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amazing cottage with attention to detail in every part of it. We just spent 5 days at this cottage with a party of 6, and there was ample room for all of us to sleep and have good times. The cottage was spotless, and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The 6 seat Kitchen table was perfect for our group, and the place has all the required necessities to make our meals. The air conditioning did a great job and kept the place cool on a few really hot days.My wife and daughter loved the Sauna and we enjoyed a couple of campfires. The town itself is quiet and gives that cottage feeling.Nicole is a wonderful host, and answered any questions very quickly. I highly recommend this cottage and host for your next cottage getaway.Joel

We had a great stay! The cottage was clean and cozy. Everything looked recently updated which made things feel even more comfortable. AC units were definitely appreciated during some of the significantly hotter days. Great location near fishing, beach and trails.Host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This cozy cottage met our needs extremely well. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The kids (aged 5&2) were able to walk to the Lions club park for a swim. We drove 5 mins to town to the sandy beach and dock area as an alternative. We rented canoes to give the kids experience with canoeing which we all enjoyed. The guys went on an ATV adventure which they said was really worth the money.

This was a really nice place to stay with family for a winter getaway. Hot tub was great, main area was cozy and we were really happy with how well stocked the kitchen was. Highly recommended!

This cottage was so cozy and was perfect for our group of 10! The beds were all comfortable and the bedding was of quality. We had lots of fun using the hot tub and sauna and ventured over to many of the beaches / docks to swim several times a day! Would definitely recommend this place. We made wonderful family memories here. The host was very attentive to our needs; checking in and making sure that our stay was just right. Definitely recommend!

Wow this cottage has all the amenities I wanted and then some. We cooked there, went out for perogies, had fires, used the fabulous sauna (so easy), played games, went for walks (there are multiple trails and a boardwalk), and generally relaxed. Also tested the water out at the beach and sand is firm which is nice and good entry for young children/anyone. I will miss this place until next time!
