This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem. The open living room will have a queen size sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage, This is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats

Stayed Aug 30, 2025I loved this cozy place. Really spacious. The only down fall is the fridge was not working really well, so we had to get ice bags lots of times and guest toilet kept on getting clogged. Other than that my family liked the place.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The location perfect on the Bay Area and right by all the fun places! Walking distance to lots of restaurants! Perfect for a girls trip!! My only request would be an apt size refrigerator! Otherwise was setup perfect!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aside from a few items in the rental, the experience was great. Perfect location, ample parking for our small family getaway and the building blocked most of the noise from the nearby venues and traffic. Unfortunately we did have to deal with random people deciding to park there to walk over to other venues.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024It was perfect for two adult couples….each with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s just a small kitchenette, but with all The wonderful Restaurants right outside, there’s no need to cook anyway.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Great location. Parking was great for our sSUV and a rented golf cart. Only complaints were the induction stove and the mini fridge. Stove didn’t work and were told by maintenance man if needed to be used we had to shut off and turn on the beaker. When it did work only one setting was available (high) which burned some of our foods. Mini fridge had a leaked inside and wasn’t keeping food cold. No freezer. Also the toaster was broken on one side. If we didn’t have to cook it would have been good.
