Cute, clean little house, great East Nashville location close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to downtown. Loved the coffee bar. We were out and about both days there so didn’t use the kitchen much, but it’s got everything you need. The beds were comfy, but really tall—a consideration for anyone with small children or mobility issues. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was superb. I will definitely keep this one saved for our next time in Nashville. Walking distance to a few bars, pretty quiet neighborhood., and very comfortable beds.

Small older home. Nicely updated. Corey was a responsive helpful host. Convenient location. We spent 4 days. These are honest observations. Don’t expect to use the couch. It’s most uncomfortable as are the chairs. Bring your own soap if you plan to shower. There was an old blood stain on a pillow case. No ice maker and only one ice tray. Beds too tall. No instructions for the coffee maker. Couldn’t use it. Reading light in bedroom too low. Seems it would be difficult for four people.

Corey Was a premier host. The cottage was perfect for our stay, the little touches he thought of for water and snacks, to local recommendations was an additional perk but the house was in a great neighborhood, close proximity to downtown Nashville and the grand ole Opry. My friend and I enjoyed the homey and relaxed space and would book again.

Convenient to lots of things.My husband described it as adorable and he has NEVER used that term on anything before. Future guests, please note that its not a place to snuggle on a couch to watch tv. You'd have to do that in bedroom. Couch in LR is quite hard. Not certain that it's meant for movie watching. If you read in bed, youll need your booklight as there is not a lamp on bedside tables.Beautiful FRONT DOOR!!.Comfortable mattress although the beds are relatively high off the ground.

This little place is exactly what we needed. Close to downtown, easy access to beautiful mountain roads to take the Harley out on, clean, comfy and checked off some interesting boxes I needed. We traveled with a motorcycle on a trailer. It had ample space to unmount and store both easily on the driveway and thats not an easy find. When we come back, I hope this is available.

My friend and I took a long weekend for some Nashville fun and we absolutely LOVED the Cozy Cottage! Super cute decor, comfortable beds, great location, great communication with the host, and just perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay again…already looking forward to our next trip!

We loved getting to stay here for our Metallica weekend in Nashville. The bed was comfy (we only used one), and the house is clearly well kept. It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again!!

My son and I spent four nights. Location was perfect. We were in town for my retirement golf trip. The property was as advertised clean , cozy, and quiet. Definitely a five star stay!! Thanks Corey

The house was so clean and cozy! The host answers your messages very quickly and is very accommodating. Both bedrooms are set up great with each having a TV, Desk and area to get ready. There are several restaurants and other amenities to enjoy very close by. It is a short drive or uber to downtown. The host has really thought of everything by providing things you may need. We would definitely stay here again.

House was small but nice. Neighborhood bar was bumping but we all slept well. Overall we had a good stay.

Incredibly clean & well maintained older property with all of the necessary comforts. Local area has many options for food and close enough for our weekend of concerts downtown. Host was courteous & easy to work with. We have this one bookmarked for future visits!

cottage was thoughtfully furnished and very stylish. Beds were comfortable with TV's in each bedroom. Only 1 thing that is a personal preference - daylight bulbs are too bright and harsh. Only 1 thing that was missing -- Soap in shower :( Will stay again should I get back to Nashville.

Perfect size for my needs. Short uber ride to downtown nashville (most fares were 15 dollars) one of cleanest places ive stayed and reminded me of when these types of rentals had a more personal touch. Would say this rental it more appropriate for adults or older kids due to overall layout. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again. Didnt get a chance to explore neighborhood so i cant comment on that. Did see local residents taking walks. Homes around property were well kept. more personal touch.
