Great communication with host. Awesome location and cozy little cottage. Highly recommend for couples or small families.

The cottage was adorable and had nice amenities. I am usually disappointed with the cleanliness of rentals, such as things not being wiped clean when they don’t seem dirty. I washed the silverware and wiped out the compartments. I did have to buy toilet paper and replaced the paper towels but some places don’t provide them.The host was responsive to a question very quickly and we had a great time.

I hate to leave this review…. I want to keep this little hidden gem to myself! Almost everything is absolutely perfect. Description is 100% accurate. Host is VERY responsive & quick. We can’t wait to return. Thanks for sharing your space.The extra tennis ball’s was definitely a plus for our girl

Love staying at Cozy cottage. Close to public access on a quiet street. Walking distance to some of our favorite places in Surf City. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Across the street from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Great place for a family or couple.

Locations was perfect. Nice walk to town center very quiet street. Having the beach access so close was great. The fact that the host had everything you needed to enjoy a day at the beach was amazing!!! Comfort of the bed was lacking. However it wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

This place was great! It was a wonderful house and had everything that we needed. The location to the beach access was perfect!! We also walked to dinner every night we were there. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will hopefully be back to vacation here again!

I was very impressed with our stay! The owner Sherman was very responsive from start to finish. The house was very clean,and I was amazed at the extras he provided. My teens enjoyed the corn hole boards and all the other extra activities he provided. I enjoyed the kitchen and grill. The location was absolutely perfect we could walk across the street to the beach or to the pier. We will be back for our next vacation. Thanks Sherman for making our spring break a fun and memorable one!

Sherman is an attentive host who quickly responded to every message before and upon arrival for our stay. Clean and well maintained, this cottage is affordable and in an ideal location to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Just steps from the beach access, and so close to the shops! The check-in and check-out process were easy to understand, and we loved the goodie basket!

House was as listed. The house is super cute and cozy, perfect for a small family. Love that it is pet friendly and our little dog was able to come with us on vacay! The proximity to the beach is perfect.

We had a great stay here for a family wedding, two couples, a baby and a small dog. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, plus plenty of cleaning supplies. The location was perfect, just a few houses down from the beach access, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the owners who helped us with the doors, when we accidentally locked ourselves out in a rush! They were prompt to communicate and resolve the problem. On top of that they left some snacks for us and toys for our niece to enjoy on the beach! Overall, would recommend for a couple or small family, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Home was exactly what we wanted. Clean, updated, and conveniently located. Next time we come to Surf City, we will definitely reserve this place again.
