Cozy Cottage on Beautiful Lake Champlain.

The Cabin was very clean and neat! The kitchen everything you can think of. The bedroom was small. Not too much space for hanging close and the dress was old with not to much room. The view was great and you lots of privacy. Cold use soe lights i the front yard. The heater worked great!

The Cozy Cottage was small, but designed and appointed with artistic ingenuity. There is a spacious screened-in porch which adds utility in good weather. The cabin is at the upper edge of a wooded slope going down to Lake Champlain. A well-constructed walkway leads to a spacious pavilion at the lakeside. The views of the Adirondacks across the Lake are awesome. We found great swimming at Kingsland Bay State Park, about 35 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay here.

Truly a lovely spot. Steve was very easy to work with, and we'd rent again in a heartbeat.

Really cozy cabin! Felt pretty private even though there are other cabins nearby. Had everything we needed and was a very peaceful place to spend a few days.

This was an incredible get away for self care! The cabin is just that, small but well laid out and maintained. The view and lake access- superb! The yard has some fencing for privacy and is on a dead end extension road so if you are looking for peace and quiet- this is it! Steve was amazing, called me a few days before with all the check in details I needed. Being able to have my dogs was amazing with multiple places to tie them out and a beautiful meadow to walk them through. The place does not show any wear and tear from dogs visiting and all renters should keep up after their pets so it remains that way. Driving down the hilly road to get there was beyond scenic and gorgeous and reminded me how lucky we are to live in New England. I would 100% recommend. 10/10 experience and grateful for the memories!

Great stay. Amazing to be able to walk down to the water and nice view from the place. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of charm with this older cottage. Great place for a couple.

This is the most relaxing place to be. You just sit out on the deck look out at the water right from the cottage. The place is clean and lovely.

We had the most lovely weekend on this property and hope to come back in the future for more lake getaways!

We had a very relaxing few days here and were glad to be able to have our dog with us. The cottage was compact, rustic and cozy. Beautiful view of Lake Champlain. It's a relaxing getaway. The cottage had a well equipped kitchen. Pratt's was a convenient for supplies and Middlebury was just a short drive for restaurants. Another bonus was we were able to plug our car into a level 2 charger right at the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay: heard many birds, saw some beautiful sunsets. Exploring Middlebury and the maritime museum were highlights. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. This is a great getaway for a young couple.

Had a wonderful time. The place is well organized and feels bigger than it is. Perfect for 2 people and our 2 dogs. We will be back

My husband and I really love this property not because of its location, which is absolutely beautiful-but because it is the complete package. The updates made were very very nice. Loved having coffee outside the deck. We were able to relax, play games and enjoy ourselves in a beautiful setting! The communication with the owner was great! He made sure all our needs were taken care of. We will be back !

It was wonderful to be on the lake. Didn’t think to bring measuring cups and spoons. For such a well-equipped kitchen I was surprised that there weren’t any. I would stay here in the future and send friends and family there.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this darling cottage, on the bay in Lake Champlain. We brought our lab with us and she loved being outside here.

Place is simple and clean, could benefit from a comfy couch in the living area opposite the TV for more comfortable lounging. We really enjoyed the location--right on beautiful Lake Champlain. Host was very accommodating. We recommend this cozy little cottage.

Perfect for a quick little getaway for me and the dog. Host was friendly and communicative in advance of the trip. The cottage was stocked with all necessary amenities and was kept very tidy. Best part was the view and private access to the lake!

This cottage is small, but well designed to make use of the space. It had everything we needed. We could see a bit of the lake from the living room and deck, but the best view was from the large lakeside deck. There was also access directly to the shore. A rowboat and tandem canoe were available. We enjoyed our stay!
