Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had an excellent stay at the cottage! The check-in process was seamless, and the location was incredibly convenient, close to downtown and beach. The cottage was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Shelly was very accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the island!

Stayed Apr 17, 2024If you need the amenities of home (a kitchen and washer/dryer) for a longer stay this is the place. Was just the right size for 2 people. Located between downtown and the beach for easy access to either.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Was okay..somewhat on the very basic amenities side..outdated. We were househunting so it wasnt really a vacation.....The Island is beautiful..the people awesome. The hosts are lovely.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023It is located one mile from downtown Fernandina and the beach. Public tennis and Pickleball courts are one block. Visits to Saint Augustine, Jacksonville, Saint Mary’s and Okefenokee swamps are easy day trips. And you will never run out of restaurants to try.
