Completely renovated and equipped, this cottage of 90 m2 can accommodate 6 people. It combines modern comfort with the authenticity of a XVIth century building. It is labeled three stars by the Finistère tourist office.

The ground floor :
- A spacious living room (V flat screen, hi fi, an open kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer). Two rooms: one with a queen bed and one bunk bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer available), separate toilet.
- First floor: a large room with 2x80x200 adjustable beds, a private bathroom with bathtub. Of separate toilets on the landing.

Off season, you can rent this cottage with two bedrooms and a bathroom (for 4 people) at a specific price, just contact us.

The house opens to the south on a garden protected by a nice wall of granite, and north of a vast park. Garden furniture, barbecue and sun await you. this vast green area away from the street will allow children to play quietly.

In 500m you will find the sea, the harbor and shops. The pretty beach Steir, calm and protected awaits you, or for sports splus the beach of the Torch, famous surf spot and windsurfing is a short drive away.

It is an ideal holiday resort for rest, discovery, but also to enjoy summer festivals or thalassotherapy Bénodet (15 min drive) From the cottage, you can discover the different aspects of South Finistere: the Torch and the surf, the fishing ports, but also the point of Raz, the valley of the Odet or the archipelago of Glénans ...
