Cozy Cottage 1 mile from Holden Beach and Boat Launch. Dog Friendly!!

The property was perfect for our dog. Kitchen was complete with coffee pot, tea kettle and even a measuring cup.Hosts are excellent!

Cozy Cottage definitely feels like home away from home. Decor light colors and uplifting with beach theme art. Fenced in yard makes traveling with dogs stress free. Convenient location for many local attractions. Hosts responsive to queries.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. Great communication with me. Perfect pet friendly place with fenced yard. Good size kitchen and enjoyed front enclosed porch was warm and cozy.

My hubby and I had another wonderful vacation at Holden Beach. The Cozy Cottage was as nice as it has always been. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed for the week. Our dog especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Thanks Linda and Buck!!

Very nice no Problems

This place is fantastic, more than we could have hoped for! I’m a little reluctant giving a great review because then our secret is out and it might get booked nonstop! The house was immaculate, every possible amenity is thought of, the furniture is comfortable, and the location of the house is perfect. (As an aside, check out the details of the house. The crown molding is really cool) There’s a great sandwich shop next door, a grocery store is down the street to the left, and an ABC store is down the street to the right. What else could you ask for on a beach vacation? Getting back to the house, the patio out back is perfect for a night time margarita or a morning coffee. And the hosts are great. They checked in a few times to make sure everything was good after setting up a house that was the nicest Vrbo we have stayed in and had anything we could have possibly needed. To make a long story a little bit longer, the house is great, the hosts are great, and Holden Beach is great.

We traveled for a dance competition but had some days off and this cottage was perfectly balanced between the beach for fun and our venue. It was well cleaned, well appointed and easy to get into and out of for our stay. I live its charm. The hosts were very communicative throughout. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean when we arrived, and it was easy to check in. Our host Linda was the primary contact, and communication was clear and easy. A binder with helpful information was provided. All the amenities provided worked, and beach accessories (towels, beach chairs) were provided. The cottage was very accommodating for our dog, which made us happy. Even though the house is on a busy road, we did not hear the traffic, which promoted a restful stay. Good location convenient to everything. Check out was easy as well. Thank you! We look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage to have a refuge from the chaos associated with moving into our new home nearby. We found Linda and Buck to be welcoming and helpful hosts who communicated at all the right times.I found that the kitchen was as well or better equipped as any vacation rental we’ve stayed in, and everything was very clean.

Home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Fenced backyard was a big plus for our pup. Good location for easy access to the beach and eateries. Excellent communication from owners. All made for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here for a long weekend. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable for our visit! Great fenced in patio/backyard (great for us to hang out/play corn hole/grill/morning coffee while dogs meandered around) with a nice mix of sun and shade. Kitchen was fully stocked, great location to everything. House really did have everything you need. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Will definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for our family! We are simple people and the house was just that for us. Our fur babies loved the fenced in yard. We loved the location. Close to EVERYTHING! Linda was an amazing host. We had some tech issues. I contacted Linda and she resolved them quickly. I think it is important to reach out to the host first and give them the opportunity to resolve any issues without leaving negative reviews instead. We will certainly be back to Holden Beach and will be booking with Linda again. Memories made with my family! Thank you so much, Linda!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cottage is comfortable and clean. The yard is great for children and dogs. The location is close to groceries and shops. Very convenient. The hosts were great. Made sure we were okay with everything. We will return again.

Such a cute little house, older but very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We had our 11yr old Ausie with us and having the fenced in back yard was perfect for him. Linda and Buck are very kind and helpful property managers/owners. Would gladly stay there again when in the area.

We had another wonderful time at this Cozy Beach cottage. The fenced in back yard is awesome. Our doggie enjoyed playing and chasing balls. The hosts were also very helpful and kind. Such a fun trip!!

This is our second year staying here, and we just love the location. The home owner is very friendly and helpful. The house is clean and well stocked, and there is even extra beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, ect.) and yard games to play. We plan on renting here again in the future. 🏖
