Cozy Breeze Bungalow-walk to beach, harbor, restaurants, quaint downtown.

I enjoyed the quiet and that I could walk to the beach. The downtown area was very close as well.

The location was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect, communication with the owner was beyond excellent. I have few complaints with the home. The threshold going into all the rooms is a hazardous situation. An older person may have trouble and is likely to trip over them. Especially the laundry room. There was a little problem with the electricity and plumbing but the owner is working on getting it fixed. If my partner would not have broken her toe tripping on the threshold I would have given a better review. For the most part it was a good experience and I would use them again.

It had everything included in the bungalow that you would need. Great place to stay in very convenient.

The property was easy to find. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Instructions were very clear.

We enjoyed pur stay at this cozy little home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are even pantry essentials (seasonings, sugar, coffee, filters,etc). The patio was perfect for relaxing and we enjoyed breakfast out there. Although it is behind the big house, we still had our privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and the brach is within walking distance (2-3 blocks). We plan to book again!

The stay was wonderful. It was my first time experiencing a two bedroom home... Everything went well. Mr. Harold respond back quickly if you needed anything. It was great for 3 nights... We had everything we needed... if you have kids there are two nice parks down the street from the room... There are plenty of room for a little family picnic or you can play out in the field... The park is almost the size of a football field... It's definitely a good spot to stay at... The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful.

Great place to stay in Long Beach. I really enjoyed my time here. It was close to the beach and provided several amenities that made my visit very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I loved the bungalow! It’s in a really quiet neighborhood and 3 blocks to the beach and numerous restaurants. Very clean! Everything you need is already there. Harold was super responsive and respectful with me. I can’t wait to rent it again when I’m back in Long Beach! Air conditioning inside is EXCELLENT by the way!

Was a cute cozy cabin. Very clean. It did have quirks but it added to the adventure. The toilet needs to be taller.A/C was ice cold.

This home was absolutely perfect for me. This was my first trip to the coast by myself since God called my angel home last year. The size of the home was not overwhelming for just myself. It was perfectly clean when I arrived and check in was perfect. I actually found all of the quirks the owner listed very cool. From an era when humans were not so full of themselves and think everything must be perfect. Highly recommend this home to others and I hope to be back next year.

Wife and very much enjoyed our stay! The bungalow is in a perfect location for events in Long Beach! It’s older but clean and well stocked!

Harold's communications were awesome. The little house was comfortable. The neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. Very close to many necessary stores and fast food options as well as a wide variety of fine dining options. The front door has an over hang. Nice for days of rain and getting in. Side door/patio has a very nice roof over head. Was a great way to get away from the cold of the Midwest for a couple of months.
