Cozy beach cottage with beautiful ocean views.

Easy stay! Clean and very pretty interior! Great access to beach and close to restaurants, the point and surf city.

This property was exactly as it’s listed. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and it had all the necessary essentials (linens and kitchen ware). The access to the beach was ideal. I highly recommend staying for a tranquil beach getaway.

Great cottage and location. Ocean view from the front porch was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. Beach access is right across the street and area was quiet and no crowds on the beach, even on the weekend. The cottage is older, but clean and charming. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely book again.

Check in was easy. Location was perfect. The house appeared to be clean when we arrived. The master bath shower was very nice. The hall bath was very tiny. The kitchen was defiantly made for a very tall person, and he counter where the cooktop is needs repainting or replacing. Bring your own plastic storage as there was none. The outside needs some serious work as the underside is very low, dirt, and full of thorns and the doorknob is flaking leaving slivers in your hand if not careful. The grill was very nice though.

We appreciated the relax atmosphere and the close proximity to beach. I loved the affordability and that it was dog friendly. This is a silly thing to note but the pillows were great and if I had known I wouldn’t have bothered packing my own. I’m thankful for the time my family got to spend together and that we were able to stay there. I would stay there again.

This house is perfect for a nice, family beach trip! Plenty of space for a family of 5! We loved being able to just walk to the beach right across the street.

Sneads Folly was immaculate,well appointed and located steps from the beach. We loved the location which was less developed than other parts of the blvd. We would definitely stay there again!

The house is definitely a cottage/bungalow, very cozy. The layout was very practical and perfect for 4-6 people. Great walking distance to the beach. The only problem we had was that most of the dishes were dirty upon arrival. An easy fix but disappointing. Wesley responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

We had an amazing time celebrating my sister’s birthday in Topsail. This house was perfect for us 4 and my sweet little dog. There was plenty of space for us and the house had everything we needed. Wesley was a great host, he helped us with everything we needed and helped make everything go smoothly with our stay.I would highly recommend staying at this house in Toosail!

It was so convenient to the beach. The house was light bright and open and very comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

Great house

This is our second trip here and even though we got hit by a tropical storm while visiting was a great stay as always.

Wesley was responsive to text inquiries. Accommodations were awesome. Beach was so close which made runs to house easy for refills! House was clean with needed supplies. Plenty of towels, including beach towels.
