Cozy 3BDR Matunuck Beach Cottage

Super stay combining surfing, work, family and rest. Location was yards from the beach, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to our next trip to Matunuck at Bob and Maria's cottage!

Great location, clean and great host!

The house was clean and exactly as described. Comfortable beds and close to the water. Bob was communicative and very kind, ready to help with anything needed. Would definitely go back!

Even though I was taking a course in Kingston, this was the perfect relaxing location, walking distance to beaches and easy drive to town. Comfortable beds, great outdoor shower, extremely well outfitted.

We had the best weekend in this perfect rental. Bob and his wife were so attentive- reached out numerous times to see if we needed anything. Such nice people who really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach!

Perfect small cottage near the beach

Loved this little cottage! The property is lovely, the cottage well maintained & nicely decorated. The owners are lovely & readily available if needed. The cottage is located within walking distance to South Kingston & East Matunuck beaches. Theres a surf shop, small market, ice cream store & 2 local beach bars within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet (in September) & is great for walking or bicycling.

Week of perfect weather. Two min drive to East Matunuk Beach and had Beach Pass. Short walk to Ocean mist and the Pub. Owner lives close if need anything which we didn’t.

We loved this cute, clean little 3 bedroom cottage. It's on a quiet side street a few minutes' walk from South Kingston beach. Beds were comfortable, and the countertop eating area was plenty for the two of us. For a larger group, there's a picnic table in the back yard and a table for four on the front porch. There are showers both indoors and outside--we didn't try the outdoor shower, but it looked great! The Pub, just down the street, had good food and plenty of seating. Bob and his wife are great hosts and said Hi while we were there. Definitely recommended!

Great little cottage that fit our family perfectly. Nice porch to sit and drink coffee in the morning. Very clean
