Stayed Sep 17, 2025We loved our stay! The house was so charming and is in a great location for experiencing downtown Leesburg. We were in town for a family wedding and we appreciated the space for visiting time relatives to stop by, comfortably storing all of our outfits / baggage, etc. , and the convenience to our different venues - but knowing we could walk for a coffee or dinner in town. The accommodations were comfortable and the house is well equipped, we appreciated all the amenities (kitchen tools, steamer, towels, laundry, etc.) The host and management team were responsive and helpful.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025We had a lovely time in Leesburg and enjoyed this charming cottage filled with special treasures. The house was tastefully appointed and was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen tools, a full steamer, plenty of towels, and more. The convenience to downtown was great and the host and evolve staff were very accommodating. It is on the main thoroughfare of downtown Leesburg - so you’ll hear traffic, but it was a wonderful visit. And we enjoyed the neighboring pie shop :)

Stayed Apr 25, 2025The cottage was charming, very clean, & comfortable. Just wished the garden wasn’t connected to the cafe right next door. That said, the location was perfect as you could walk downtown which has cute shops & great restaurants.
