It’s a quiet carriage house in a convenient location to wineries. Erik is a great host and will give you all the privacy you need but will offer suggestions for local restaurants.

Erik’s property is absolutely beautiful, and in a great location to get away from the busy lives we lead, but still close enough to get to anything you want. It’s been a great place for me to relax and work but I could see a family or group of friends here as well. Erik has been an outstanding host. He’s friendly, extremely responsive, and super helpful.

Cloudview Cottage exceeded expectations. EVERYTHING you need is there. Erik is a friendly, caring and responsive host. The views are gorgeous, the area is quiet and the location is near everything in Leesburg and the surrounding area. You won't be disappointed. Tell 'em Phil M sent ya!!

Perfect place to stay as we enjoyed a weekend visiting wineries with friends. Plenty of room for 4, comfy beds, full kitchen and even a nice fire pit that we unfortunately didn’t get to use.

We had a great stay at this location. Probably the closest feeling to home we have ever experienced at a rental. Place is brand new and secluded from noise. Very close to a couple of wineries and only 20 minutes to Leesburg. Erik was very accommodating and quick to reply to any questions. We will stay again when in the area.

This gorgeous property had everything we needed. Tucked away in a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, and close enough to historical sights and shopping. Hosts are awesome! Loved seeing fireflies and deer. There’s even a fire pit outdoors that you can use if you like. And a winery that you can walk to under 5 minutes!!!

This is the sweetest guest cottage you’ll be lucky enough to stumble across in your vrbo search results. Modern, clean, perfectly appointed - it has everything you need for a quick trip or a longer stay. The host is friendly, gracious, accommodating and eager to give tips on what to do and where to go during your stay. And, its in walking distance from a winery. The ultimate spot to get away and relax!

This cottage is the cutest place in Loudon County! The bedrooms are spacious, the view of the vineyard off the balcony is STUNNING, and Erik is the best host I've ever had! The whole apartment is clean and bright and airy, exactly what you want to relax after a long day exploring, or just a bright space to wake up to! Erik was communicative and receptive the entire time we were there (and even leading up to the trip!) - truly the best host I've ever had with something like this. 10/10 cannot recommend CloudView enough!
