Cottage on Strip w/ 3 BDs 2 BAs

Great location

Our vacation was interrupted the very first night by the air conditioner's not working properly, with one room not cooling below 82. The second day we had a repairman who indicated that this was an ongoing issue and he had been there several times. The second day water was running down the walls of all bedrooms due to the faulty air conditioners, and the third day the smoke alarms randomly were going off with no one cooking or in the house, followed by a smell of burning plastic/electrical. We asked three times to be moved to another location as there were obvious issues that were going unaddressed at this unit. The request was ignored.

Nicely updated throughout, clean and great location. Could use some hooks for hanging clothes in the bedrooms

Condo was very nice....clean. The beds were not super comfortable, but were ok. If you are in master with bathroom, you will hear music from the bar until midnight or after. Kitchen was nice, the dishwasher was not emptied, but clean. Overall, for the price, we would stay here again. Old Mill and GOTL restaurants are absolutely amazing!

Our host was so accommodating! We were to get an ice storm so we messaged him on Christmas day to ask if we could come a day earlier and he responded almost immediately amd told us we were more than welcome!

While Geneva On The Lake is usually a summer tourist spot, we figured we'd try it for a winter holiday stay. It was very nice! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Matt had someone right out to salt the walkways and was very helpful in getting us situated when we were having trouble finding the place. Not everything you can do in the summer will be open in the winter but a lot was open. And we had a nice time in the place. They even decorated for the holidays! Nice trip and we hope to be back soon.

You need some spray cleaner and more than 1 pod for the dishwasher. Other than that it was great!

Excellent stay! Close to everything and the owner is very easy to get a hold of.

We had a large group for our annual GOTL trip, we rented 2 units at Eagle Cliff. Every year we see something update in the large unit and the smaller unit had been completely updated. The units were both very clean and convenient to the Strip. Our group loves the front porch and the fire pit in the back has lots of chairs and always plenty of wood. Matt is great to work with.

Great location, clean, well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The location is next to a bar that has live entertainment. Nice fire pits where we listened to the live music. Good band Friday not so much Saturday. Would recommend this to anyone. Just be prepared for the live entertainment next door.

It was great! The house was clean, exactly like the pictures, enough towels and rags for our whole group. Only thing I would rec is a full body mirror and access to more paper towels!!!!!

We enjoyed the VRBO we stayed in. Beds were comfy and very clean. All updated!

Our only disappointment was the living room furnature. Not enough seating for how many can stay there. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfotable due to the poor structure of the piece. We had to bring in our camping chairs to have enough seating and to be a little comfortable.The bedroom furniture was great, along with the kitchen and bathrooms being clean and beautiful.

Absolutely loved this place! Definitely a 5 star stay!!! Beautiful, clean and extremely close to the strip. We will be staying here again for our next trip.

Walking distance to everything on the strip! Cute and clean place. Looks just like the photos. And communication with owner was easy with quick responses. We will definitely save this property for future use.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe and comfortable. The location was great. We could walk to everything.

The house as very clean, check in process was extremely easy and everything was just as listed. There a was an issue with the bedroom shower but I text the owner and within 15 minutes maintenance was there to fix the issue. I would definitely book this place again!

The cottage was very cute and newly updated. The prime location was right on the strip. Close to a park and brewery. Had a small issue with the ac and the property owner responded immediately.
