Cottage-Gulf Shores-Deeded Bch Access

This is a great property to stay. It is very close to the beach, short 3 minute walk with a redlight/crosswalk to cross. Great stay!

Overall great stay! Had a short walk to the beach and the house is in a great location. The floors could have been cleaner, but that was the only “problem”. The house matched the listing!

There were a few reasons I would not give this house a 5 star review. It has to do primarily with the cleanliness of the house.Overall, surface impression ok. Just okBut I had to hand wash all the silverware because I found food debris in the drawer when I opened it. And wash the caddy it was in.There was toothpaste in the master sink as well as a hair!!! Hair---- from someone else.The main dining table the first night we were there had not been wiped down, sticky spots all over it. As well as, the outside table had food left on it, so the birds had a feast, and then left some poop.I felt like I had to wash the blankets in the living room because they smelled like food/people/not fresh.So, basically the first day/night there, I cleaned. I feel like I probably left it cleaner than I found it.Beds were very nice and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh

Loved this property!! It was clean and functional for what we needed! loved the deck! Easy access to the beach!! Only complaint is that the main trash can in the kitchens was small! Having to take trash out frequently! Otherwise i would recommend to all family and friends!

This place was beautiful, with plenty of space. Close to the beach and pool on site also. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is clean, has kitchen necessities, comfortable sleeping spaces, a nice porch area. The pool was on house over, very convenient. Beach access is across the street! Nice! We were able to walk to the Hangout and other locations easily.

Great location with just a short walk to the beach. The cottage was spacious. We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves on a few occasions. I recommend this cottage!

Nice location close enough to walk to the beach. Not super easy to find at night. Loads of places to eat within 5min. Nice balcony for evening activities.Poor internet connection Would stay here again. Wasnt super clean with crumbs on the counter and stains on the couches and couch pillows.

We had 2 families in this house, bunk room was perfect for the kids. & we liked that each room had an en suite bathroom! Location was great, easy & short walk to the beach access with a red light crosswalk. Would stay there again!

Great stay. The only issues we had was parking. Mainly, because we drive large SUV and it was difficult to park. Pool was small but we are mostly at the beach. I would recommend this listing if stairs are not an issue. Lovely home. We have no complaints even though we listed a few things. Those are only pertinent to some guest with mobility issues.

Easy communication with owners. Very accommodating during busy weekend. Walkable to Gulf Shores festivities.
