Outdoor space with wood burning firepit, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. Bedroom 1 & 2 each have a queen bed. Optional bedroom 3 has a queen murphy bed that will be set up upon request.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024This place is amazing. Host was very attentive Checked with me to make sure everything was ok. One of the smoke detectors started beeping cause the battery was low contacted host and someone came within a half hr. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024This house was so perfect for us. We came to Clear Lake for the car cruise and car show. Location was perfect to walk downtown. We had one other couple with us and with each bedroom and bathrooms being on opposite ends of the house we slept great and did not bother each other. Lovely outdoor area! We would stay again!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024The stay was great except you need a table with six chairs instead of the high-rise four and the big coffee table in front of the sofa it sleeps 6 so we expected 6 people could sit at a table to eat and play games

Stayed Jun 12, 2024We loved this rental. It was clean. Newly renovated. The owner even reached out to tell us we could check in a little early, which I thought was very thoughtful. He also checked in on us via email through our the stay to make sure all was good. I was very impressed with this rental. It had all of the things we needed like soap, detergent, and shampoo. I will definitely try and rent this house again. It also had lots of great outdoor seating, which we loved and took advantage of.

Stayed May 24, 2024This property was clean and comfy. It's close to the lakefront and we walked just a few blocks to get to the beach and to downtown. It was quiet and we slept well there. It's not spacious but it was great space for a trip where you're going to be out and about a lot. The owner was very nice, checking in to see if we needed anything.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Pictures do not do this property justice. The sitting area outside was nice to sit and converse with family. A short walk from downtown/beach. Having 5 adults with two bathrooms was perfect!

Stayed Jul 21, 2023The property was conveniently located in walking distance of downtown and had a nice outdoor area with shade and a fire pit. I was impressed with the cleanliness and I thought the property was nicer than the pictures even showed. Beau was very communicative and helpful.
