Stayed Aug 8, 2025Our cottage was very clean, tidy and had all the amenities. The cute private gravel pathway and private back porch was an added bonus. The location was perfect. Only blocks from everything J’ville has to offer (Britt, shopping, hiking trails, restaurants, etc). We usually stay at the Jacksonville Inn, but this place is our go-to now. The owners were accommodating and communicative during our stay as well. It was the perfect place for a getaway.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025The space was perfect. Super clean, updated, every detail down to the detail of the light fixtures and updated kitchen. Hope to get another opportunity to visit. Easy walk to the Britt as well as walkable food and wine options. Loved the little trails so close as well.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Room was very clean and lots of amenities. A/C worked great, which was very needed during the 100 degree weekend we were there! Plus, close walking distrance to everything. The only thing of note was that there needs to be an additional hand towel and washclothes in the bathroom, and a kitchen/hand towel for the ktichen.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969the place was very comfortable with a nice atmosphere. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and winery tasting rooms. Sandy was kind and available for anything we may have needed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect Location, you can walk to restaurants, shopping, Britt Festival and hiking trails. We rented both the A & C units. Both units were clean and the décor was very nice and modern. Only downside is from the C unit you can hear traffic noise from the main road.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The keyless entry was so convenient for two people! The bed was super comfy, and it was very quiet there at night despite being in town. Beautiful decor, new, very clean furnishings. Not having a waterproof counter or sink in the studio kitchenette was very inconvenient and impractical, having to use the bathroom sink. The ceiling lights are too bright. It would be really nice if at least one of the doors had a screen so we could open it for the cool evening temps and not use the AC.
