Overview:
A modern and luxurious 4-bedroom holiday home located just a short drive from the villages of Oughterard and Moycullen, and just a 20-minute drive from Galway City. The property is in excellent condition throughout and has been built and finished to a very high standard. The Oughterard area is considered tobe the fishing capital of Ireland. Lough Corrib has an international reputation for its fine brown trout. Trout fishing usually commences in mid-May during the Mayfly season. The village provides lots of places to eat and drink and has an abundance of shops which will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, Brigit's Garden, pony trekking, golf, mountain bike trail, boating and much more. Available for short breaks.

Place was awesome. Great combination of old historic and modern functionality. Location is great near Ougtherard and handy enough to Galway. The view in the back yard is stunning.

The property owner needs to address the following issues; Damp across the property and mould in the bedrooms. Broken cabinetry in the kitchen which is both unsightly and dangerous with young children Upgrade the beds in two of the bedrooms. It is unacceptable to advertise a property as modern and luxurious with broken bunk beds and grimey couches. Too much wear and tear for a seemingly luxurious property.

Nice location. Very narrow road to property. As it is a 10 person let a four piece toaster would be helpful. Problems with door to dishwasher. But overall a nice property

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is so well equipt with everything we needed. We had a great Christmas here, and celebrated an 18th birthday too. There was a group of 9 of us ranging from 8 to 75. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping to make our Christmas special.

This house is set up perfectly for adults traveling with their school aged kids. Separate lounges with multiple doors in between allow for privacy and quiet. The only slight discomfort is the heat pump/sump pump that runs often but at uneven intervals. You soon learn to tune it out, but it can be distracting at first. Beautiful and comfortable home.

We loved our stay at cottage 345 - it has everything you could need or want! Comfy beds and living spaces, well equipped kitchen, very clean and the cherry on top is the views! Oughterard is a brilliant little town and you can easily access beautiful walks and beaches or head to Galway!

The only thing that wasn't so nice was the noise of the heat pump every 2 minutes for 10 seconds day and night

Loved this little cottage that perfectly fit our group of 9. It was clean, quiet, and in a great location for us as we wanted to be out in the rural areas.
