A beautiful Stone Cottage in the misty Plains of Western Irland. We enjoyed our stay very much! A couple of suggestions for improvement... there was no light for returning in the dark and entering through the back door. There seemed to be lamps with movement detectors on the outside of the house but they did not work. Also we were told to keep the Gate shut to keep the sheep out - however one day when we returned the gate had been opened after we had shut it. The restaraunt in town Olivers was a life saver with really great food and always open! Thanks for the pleasant stay!

My only minor observation - not even a complaint- it would be nice to have a mirror opposite the drive as I had several momenrts with cars speeding from the right. Other than that everything was perfect & I look fprward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful week staying at this property in Cleggan. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The views from the house were stunning and we were able to just relax and enjoy. The location was fab and near enough to lots to see and do. We stay in Connemara regularly, and this house was really fabulous.

The photos do not do the cottage and surroundings justice as whilst they are spectacular the “real” thing is breathtaking. Everything you need is there. State of the art appliances, lots of cutlery and cookware and more than enough hot water. The log fire 🔥 is hypnotic and adds an extra ambience. The house was immaculately clean and so easy to find and checkin was very easy. We will definitely be back ❤️🇮🇪❤️

Everything was well organised. And the house and it’s surrounding were really beautiful. We especially enjoyed the fireplace after our day trips.
