Great place to stay!!!

The host's here are very responsive and very nice people! They always answered me immediately if I had a question. The price we paid was fair given a tournament was going on and most was full. We booked this last minute and it worked out. The property itself could definately use some maintenance in my opinion. Paint coming off the walls, the floor in kitchen almost felt like it was swaying in, paint missing off the stove, a very thin blanket to sleep under and paper thin pillows, blinds broken, and zero soap or anything to hand wash dishes if you use them etc. Whoever cleaned did a very quick and not detail oriented job. We found food on the floor and counters, hair in the tub, and few other things. The bigger cabins and cottages might have been much nicer but this could have been better, but also I have seen worse. I am not trying to give this place a hard time at all and completely understand property upkeep is tough with lots of renters in and out, etc. I just feel like a few small improvements could be made. The plus side was this was very close to a great boat ramp, and the carport for our boat while kind of tight, it worked and was great to have a cover for it during our stay.

Great location and the host was quick to let me know all arrival/departure details. My wife and I are very fond of the Guntersville area. For a quick and inexpensive get away, this was the perfect little cottage. The only draw back for us was that I am an early riser, and my wife likes to sleep late. The floors in the kitchen are very squeaky and I woke her both mornings walking around. The cottage could use a little freshening up on paint, but we understood that it probably has high volume traffic. Overall, we would recommend and probably stay again.

Excellent communication, very clean cabin, easy to park my boat in the covered carport. Hope to stay again.

A very nice experience. Great boat parking. Only issue is the foam mattress is very bad. Will bring a cot to sleep on next time. But that being said I do intend on staying here again.

Great location.

The cabin needs some updates...for example the floors are uneven especially in the bedroom. The stove needed updating and the kitchen faucet is extremely tight and screeches when you move it. The climate was easy to maintain.

Easily accessible, friendly host, quiet and peaceful. There were items that needed attention before the next guest arrival. A few items that could become safety concerns for occupants were communicated to the Host.

Overall was great and was as advertised. Only observation is that it smelled a little musty when first arrived. Other than that, was great!

The cottage was perfect for our fishing trip! I loved the full size fridge as well as the stove and oven. Not only did it smell clean when we opened the door, but everything was squeaky clean on the inside. The boat ramp was just down the road. My husband liked the drive-thru extra long covered parking for the truck and boat with lights and outlets. Plan on staying here for our next fishing trip!

The cabin was very clean, with everything you need. It rained just about every minute I was there, but spent a lot of time on the front porch looking at the river and trees. It’s a very relaxing experience. The store/cafe is very close and I will definitely be coming back!Thanks so much!

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to boat ramp.

We loved this location and the tiny house. Although it was small to look at from the exterior it did not feel small once inside. There were a couple of hiccups but the contact person was immediately available and we enjoyed our stay. If we ever travel back there again we would definitely stay there!

Heating/Air units inside were really dust covered. Unit smelled musty. This location is extremely remote, not close not convenient to anything, but mainly is very isolated. I really feel like it should give you some indication of all of these things but at a minimum the remoteness and isolation of the location.

My husband and I were looking for a quaint place to stay within two hours from Nashville. The cottage at Fisherman's Landing was perfect. It was quiet and allowed us a couple days to unwind and relax. We will definitely be back.

Well I was really not happy. No shampoo. No coffee. No essentials. At least have basics please. Men still need these items also. Really stinks when ya wake up and have to drive a distance for coffee
