Stayed Aug 17, 2025We stayed in this cottage for 4 nights in mid July 2025(myself, my wife with our 3 children aged from 5 to 12). The cottage was spotless and incredibly clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was easy to find and perfectly located in the heart of Cornwall, which made exploring the area so convenient. The host was very thoughtful even left some milk in the fridge for us with home made scones and local honey which was a lovely touch.Having booked holiday homes in many places through Vrbo, from South Spain, Amsterdam, Germany, Austria, to Italy. I can confidently say this Cornwall cottage was the best in every way. It truly exceeded my expectations.10/10, would highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 12, 2023We wanted a base in a central location so we could explore for a week. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs (2 Adults and 3 children aged 13, 10 and 9) with plenty of space, good Wi-Fi, a really well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, pans and crockery, super comfy beds and above all EVERYTHING was immaculately clean!!! Lovely homemade scones on arrival and Chris popped by to make sure everything was ok for us shortly after we arrived. Brilliant cottage, great communication from the host and we would definitely stay again if we return to Cornwall.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The cottage is beautiful. A wonderful mix of historical and contemporary furnishings. Very clean, perfect equipped and just gorgeous! Self-baked Scoones with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam – a very loving welcome after a long journey. We all felt very, very comfortable, especially Lucky :-) Thank you so much, dear Chris!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A wonderful cottage, a real 'home from home' complete with everything you would need! The owners have thought of everything! A wonderful welcome after a long journey in the car! Clean, spacious, well equipped and just gorgeous! Located in a lovely village with great amenities and a friendly pub. Location is perfect to explore Cornwall!! Would highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 19, 2016We had a great stay in Cornwall particularly enjoying visits to Eden Project, St Michael's Mount and some walks along the coast including old mine workings.
