Comfy Loft Retreat Above the Pines

Nice quiet place in the woods. It really reflects the ambience of Prescott, AZ. Comfortable and private!

The kitchen could have had more utensils and the stove light under the microwave was burned out, yet the house was very nice for a 2 person stay. The host returned my emails in a timely manner.

It was great. Easy check in. Loved the little balcony.

The downstairs bedroom was cramped. The bathroom was not easily accessible low. The upstairs bed is not stable for and adult person awkwardly placed. Good size for children. The kitchen was nice and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was quite new and roomy. We enjoyed sitting out on n the balcony. Good location and close t downtown. Benjamin the host was very responsive.

A perfect home away from home. I had never rented a property before always a hotel and to my surprise it was stocked just like a hotel would be. We will definitely be back

My husband and I stayed in this cute little loft for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Ben was very easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful time. It was easy to find, private, in a very quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Prescott. We would definitely book it again!

From the moment you walk in it felt like a comfy home away from home. I stayed with my two good friends from our highschool years and was perfect for a girls trip and a small family. Was equipped with all essentials and was super clean and welcoming! We would definitely stay again! They also had a welcome/ helpful binder of all things near and any questions that might come to mind could be answered in it, was truly so cute!

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the comforts you’d expect in your own house. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was cozy and inviting.The attention to detail really stood out—comfortable furniture, soft linens, and even small touches like extra blankets and very comfortable bed, the experience extra special. The location was ideal. We left feeling relaxed, and recharged. Can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind and feel at home, this is it! Highly recommend.

The beds are comfortable. Linens on the higher end. We never cooks, only a bowl of cereal and then spent our days with our local family.

We had an overall great stay here! WE stayed for two nights, were comfortable in both the bedroom/loft provided and we had everything we needed! The host was always updating us with communication about check in and check out requirements. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here multiple times as our son attends a local university. We love this cozy place and will likely be regulars over the next 4 years. Comfy beds, sheets, and pillows. Clean, cute and has all you need. Host is very responsive. Local wildlife is an added bonus.

Best mattresses I have ever had in any hotel or rental. We loved this peaceful loft and felt at home. It is decorated so adorably. Good shower. I liked the shampoo and conditioner. The location is in a high-end neighborhood, in the pine forest. I drank my coffee out on the loft early in the morning and the air was so cool, even tho it was July. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very cozy and as expected compared to the pictures on the listing. hosts were very communicative and very easy to get a hold of. A lot of things were provided via the host which were really nice. Everything was stocked properly, unit had a good amount of privacy. We were looking for a place to stay in and just hang out and this was a perfect place and vibe. if I had to pick things to critique; there were small things that you could tell hadn’t been cleaned and there was so slight renovation on the driveway which made a little bit complicated given the short heads up but, I know that’s not completely under their control. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It’s a nice area really close to a lot of things. It was a really nice place to have a little staycation for a couple days.
