I celebrated my 34th family reunion this week. The house was meticulously kept. The landscape was beautiful. All amenities anyone would need. It felt like home. I would rent again. Thanks.

Our family had a great week at this house..very cozy, great yard and neighborhood, convenient to everything, and had all the comforts of home. Owner was gracious and showed us around, and gave his contact if needed in case we needed anything, which we didn't we were all set for the week.

We had a lovely stay. House is super clean and the homeowner is communicative and welcoming. Derek greeted us at the property and showed us around. Loved being able to walk to Matunuck Oyster Bar (make reservations in advance).

Upon check in we met Derek who showed us around the property and gave us some must do's in the area. The cottage is beautifully decorated and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and there were plenty of towels, linens and toiletries. The yard was private and well maintained with gorgeous flowers throughout the cottage and property. We had a wonderful stay and would rent again!

Just a great place. Loved everything about it! So homey. Everything you need, and more, is provided for you. Outside porches are wonderful! Owner is extremely nice and accommodating.

This was a most incredible family vacation, and having this home for the week. There are many reasons why it’s the best! The owner is extremely personable. The house is impeccable. A multitude of places on the property to perch yourself and just take in the beauty of the birds, weather, bunnies. If you like to cook, this place has everything you need to seamlessly prepare excellent meals. The beds are comfortable. The 3 season room off the outdoor patio can serve as an office, a tv room, a nature-watching space, a place to nap, or have a glass of wine and watch a storm pass through. We needed nothing while staying there. Stores, seafood markets, access to East Matunuck Beach (my favorite) and for us, family nearby, made this a great gathering place. The decor is craative, tasteful, and charming. Thank you Derek! We’ll definitely make this an annual trip, now!

Our week at this beach cottage surpassed our expectations. This place is landscaped beautifully and is the perfect place to come back to rest after spending a day at the beach. We had a very quiet peaceful experience here. While It is close to area attractions, it feels like you’re far away from it all while you’re staying here. The host was very attentive and provided everything that one would need to have a perfect stay near the beach. We would love to come back here again.

This place in East Matunuck was the best of all world's for us - kayaking, tennis/basketball/pickle ball courts, the beach and restaurants, all within one half mile. The hosts were very attentive to our welfare and had the property in excellent condition. Although we came on the heels of hurricane Henri, with power spotty, a new generator was provided to meet our first days requirements. Would highly recommend.

We had the absolute best time at this adorable beach cottage! Everything was super clean, decorated so cute, and had the most beautiful curb appeal with gorgeous flowers and outdoor space. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Derek was a pleasure to talk to and takes excellent care of his home! Being able to do walk to one of our favorite RI restaurants (MOB) was a huge plus. A nice run or walk to the beach was a daily occurrence. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at this charmer and most definitely will come back again.
