Stayed Aug 22, 2025We’ve stayed at a few different properties along the comal over the years but this one is by far the best. Location is great, property is clean and quiet and management was very helpful. We stayed here with friends and family who rented the other units and we were able to open the doors and move between the units which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We loved the property, with private river access and nice mature trees. It was lovely. The cottage itself was extremely clean and well maintained, with everything you might need. It is very well located with several restaurants nearby, and a place to rent tubes for the river right next door. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!! We had our doggie with us and he really enjoyed it too, especially hanging out in the river.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the property. The proximity to the river is great. The area was peaceful in the evening. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Gruen and all the great shops and restaurants there. Will definitely stay here again if we come back that way.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Great location! Very nice & clean cottage. I must say I don’t think it should be advertised as a sleeps 6 because the sofa bed is broken and is very uncomfortable. The parking isn’t that great! It is a bit pricey but as I stated it is nice and the beds are comfortable, except the sofa bed. The grounds are beautiful and well kept.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We planned a day of tubing and a day at the water park. The location of the cabin was prime for all of our activities! The cabins are so cute! The plants make it a neat little hideaway and the river right out the back door adds to the scenery! We loved it! Our family does a river trip every year and we have all agreed this is where we want to stay from here on out!
