Stayed Jun 26, 2025Travelled in for my Mom’s 90th birthday; this adorable little cottage was perfectly situated for us to access Porter’s Neck Village and also have our own space. The hosts were delightful and incredibly responsive. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Stayed May 18, 2024This quaint cottage nestled along a woodlined pond, far enough from the hub-bub to relax and listen to the local wildlife, yet close enough to stores, restaurants, beaches and Wilmington to make for a fulfilling week's stay. The owners have thought of just about everything and are available for any need.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Perfect size spot for my little family. Far enough away from downtown to avoid traffic and noise and close enough for a drive to both beach and city restaurants and fun. Appreciated the kitchen set up - had everything we needed including some light snacks and coffee.
