The wifi was not working all that well but not a big deal as there was plenty of cell service in the area. Coffee Kruege in the morning was a life saver. Good location and close to restaurants. I love this property so much. It is always very clean and fresh and does not smell of chemicals.Check-in is always very easy and the property is very well kept. Checkout is just as easy.The TV has cable and allows for streaming, which makes us feel very much at home. This is our favorite go to property when we go to Rockport, which is often!

The cottage was very clean, conveniently located, and priced very well. That said, upon arrival we noted that the light on the ceiling fan did not work and the main room was pretty dim. I used the fan remote to turn the fan off, but when I tried to turn it back on -- no fan and no light. I contacted the office and was told it was probably the remote battery and maintenance would bring a new battery -- never saw anyone, so our entire stay we had no fan and no ceiling light. I called the office and left a follow-up message with my contact number, but never heard back. In addition, the bathroom had zero towel racks. There were obviously places on the wall where towel racks had once been, but no place to hang towels, etc., other than the shower curtain pole.

The VRBO listing shows this to have a kitchen. We viewed the pics and could see that it has one of this compact fridges and a microwave. We were ok with it not being a real kitchen, since we knew we were going to eat out mostly at dinner time. But, when we went to prepare lunch in the room there was absolutely no flatware of any kind nor any can openers or preparing utensils. So, if you choose this property, look twice and be sure you won’t need to use this “kitchen”. I did message Nina, the property manager and she got back to me days later as we were already checking out.

Directions to park and access were clear and concise. The cottage was very clean and looked well kept. It was loctated in a good area for walking and driving around Rockport.

Maybe a block away. Property and rooms are spotless. The management is always available and gets back to you asap. We love these cottages.

Everything was near perfect. The one and only thing was the ceiling fan remote was not working so we could not get the light on nor adjust the fan. We're pretty sure it was the battery but we did not slow down enough to report it. Sorry!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was perfect , Good location, clean and roomy .

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and very cozy for two.

Charming cottage. Great location. Plenty of parking. Nice outdoor space with shade trees and green lawn. We booked early in the year due too Memorial Day and our grandson graduating from Rockport-Fulton in anticipation of busy weekend. There was also a music festival nearby. Easy to work with. Have shared on our facebook page for friends and family to see.

Cottage was adorable, had everything we needed and was in walking distance of the event we were attending. Would definitely stay again!

Room was as described and great. Wish the door had additional dead bolt for peace of mind as the door didn't feel the most secure.

If you’re looking for a place to hide out where nobody will find you this is it it’s cute. It was clean and it’s a cute little getaway away from everything else if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re looking to stay in the city, definitely not it.

The place was simple with minimal amenities but it was clean, good location, safe, and provided what we needed for a fishing weekend.

This time, the mattress is different and not comfortable. Please replace with the previous mattress. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

I got redirected before my trip so I gave the room to my father, sister, and niece for 2 days then I took over and stayed with my father for 2 days. As for the 4 of us total on this trip, we all enjoyed it. Just 1 room and a bathroom but it was a great size (especially for the price) and got the job done nicely.
