Coast Oaks Cottage 3

I return to these cottages often. Any issues I encounter are resolved immediately. Everything is as listed. Not far from the beach. I love Rockport so much! A/C works perfectly. The cottage was very clean which is a huge deal for me.

Property is easily accessible to Rockport historic district and the beach. Room was clean and AC was cold.

The cottage is our favorite go to when we go to the beaches for fishing and relaxing. The host is always pleasant. The area is safe and close to everything . We are morning coffee drinkers and the cottage is furnished with all the amenities we need. We will be back again!Thanks so much !

Nina was And is always the best host imaginable. She is very responsive and very kind. We will always stay at this place! The rooms are comfortable and clean and don’t smell of cleaning solutions like Fabulosa or anything harsh. Always spotless and clean and well stocked.

Extremely clean, nicely decorated beautiful room. The bed was too soft for us, but got enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning. Would definitely stay again for 1 night but likely wouldn't more than that due to soft bed. This place is on Hwy 35 but is in a quiet area and is very close to fair ground and artist community shopping. Dog Station is appreciated so that you arent keeping waste bags in the room. Office was locked with no doorbell, but if you call, very quick and pleasant response. Door was difficult to open, had to call for assistance- apparently you have 2 seconds to open the door after putting in the code...they should put that in the welcome email which just gives you a code. Steer Burger up the road which is a bonus. Definitely recommend staying here.

We loved this place, it was wonderful, and perfect for our needs. Close to the harbor, maritime museum and the arts district shops.We will definitely stay here again.

Nina is awesome to work with; the rooms are always exceptionally clean; the rooms are quiet and the location is close to the marina and all the downtown shopping and events. I was appreciative of the location because I could walk to the Market Days at the marina and to the shopping and arts district. The room and grounds are clean and well kept. Great A/C!

As described and more. Very comfortable, clean and even had coffee maker with k cups! Everything you need is close by and walking distance to marina. Looking forward to coming back soon.

These little cottages and the property they sit on are so clean and well thought out in design and location. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit which was so convenient. Inside the room, the design is inviting and luxurious while also feeling local and homey. Everything from the bed to the shower to the space was far superior to a hotel with prices being way more reasonable. We come down here often and will definitely be staying here again.
