Super Clean, Great Location

Great location great wverything

The house fit all of our needs. The location was great. Unfortunately because of the weather/rain, we were unable to go to the beach. We had a great time and we loved the house. We will definitely select this house on our next get away to Wrightsville Beach.

The house is in a great location. Walk to town (about 20 minutes). Walk to beach (2 minutes). We had a problem with the AC a couple of times but maintenance tried to fix it. We needed more sheets and towels and they did bring them. I recommend looking around to see what you need during work hours bc once it is after that they will not respond until the next day. Great trip all around.

The property was well appointed, especially the kitchen (everything we needed and more!). Communication from the host was proactive and clear. Nice location close to beach access. The beach gear and bikes are a great touch and came in very useful. Only recommendation would be to label the light/fan switches to help with the learning curve upon arrival!

We traveled with our children and grand kids . We had fun playing on the beach and the sun burns didn’t slow the kids down

This house has it all for a family beach trip. We were impressed with how well stocked the house was with the essentials. The additional benefit of provided beach equipment was great! We would definitely recommend staying here and would try to book it again.

Normally I would give a property like this 4 stars. I deducted a full star for the hidden fees and charged associated with the property. The house location was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean. A little outdated but we expected that. The showers were super small and tight. The family area and kitchen were great. Everything we needed was there along with all the beach stuff you can ask for. Overall the house was clean, the communication from seascape was great. We walked to the beach and restaurants and enjoyed our time at the house. Nothing fancy but it served its purpose and we enjoyed it. Now, when you initially book you realize that there is a $500 fee that is just added to the total. It’s not a cleaning fee or any fee I have ever seen before. I think it actually just said “additional fee”. This was in addition to the service fee, cleaning fee and administrative fee. So total roughly 1100k in fees. In addition they had a 4p check in and if you requested early check in you were charged an early check in hourly fee. I’ve booked at least 50 places in my life and never paid to check in early. I think this was done to make the place look reasonabllly priced compared to other locations and then the fees start which basically doubles the cost of the rental. I just think that’s sneaky and a terrible way of doing business. We rented it because we were a little late booking our vacay and had to book something.

this property had everything we needed- nice, comfortable beds, excellent cookware in kitchen, several things we needed and didn't expect to find....including a phillips screwdriver lots of condiments and a steam pot!

Very clean, spacious, met all of our needs. Perfect location, close to the beach. Loved the front and rear decks.
