Charming Wilmington Cottage - Walk to Downtown!

House was super clean. Great bones with 12’ ceilings and nice kitchen and bathrooms. Easy walk to coffee and bars.

This is a fantastic VRBO! Great neighborhood, Good location, Excellent communication with our host, Wonderful amenities, Very clean. I called it return-ably perfect! Seriously, we were very comfortable here. We enjoyed the ability to walk to most of our destinations but enjoyed the home enough to choose to stay in at times. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The space lent itself to having separate conversations or coming together to watch the World Series! Once you turned in at night and closed your door, it was extremely quiet. Great Place!

We loved this house and the location. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a modest walk or easy Uber ride to the downtown district. We would gladly stay here again next time we visit Wilmington.

Great location, close to the River, Historic District & great local food joints. Loved the house it was clean, very welcoming and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Fenced yard was perfect for our do and we really enjoyed just walking through the neighborhood.

Everything was wonderful. The communication before, during and after was great. The home is better than we thought. Cozy, updated without losing the the home's character, quiet block and within close proximity to everything. Will definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a relaxing stay at the home in Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet overall. The river walk was within a 15 minute walk as described. There is a wonderful neighbor across the street who pointed out a good coffee and wine bar that was within walking distance or a 5 minute car ride. We loved our stay and we are considering going back at some point.

This sweet house was perfect for our group of four. The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean and cozy. I'm already planning a return trip!

My family took a trip to visit my brother and hisfamily in Wilmington. We decided to get a home and we were so happy we did! This home was so wonderful and was great for walking around downtown Wilmington. The home was beautiful and we spent so much time on the front porch! The neighbors were great too!! Will definitely stay here again. So charming!!

The house is so charming! It has everything you can possibly need. Beds are so comfy and the linens provided were amazing. The porches are the perfect place to sit and relax. Neighbors were kind. 15 min walk downtown and close to everything. Would definitely go back!!

Very cute house in a convenient location to the Historic District... we walked almost everywhere. Lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We were only there for the weekend for a family thing, but enjoyed our stay. The cottage was an amazing renovation with very beautiful and unusual furnishings. Location was great for downtown. The neighborhood is a work in progress but has great potential. We would stay again.

Gorgeous house. Came equipped with everything we needed. Short drive to the Riverwalk and beach. Walkable to family friendly hangouts Hi-Wire brewery and Burgers and Brews, both with live music and many games suitable for kids. Coffee shop and ice cream shop. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms impressive. Amazing front porch. Neighborhood was a bit iffy at night, got woken up to gun shots on our last night which was a bit concerning but still felt safe inside. Not sure we would stay again because of this but the house is really hard to beat. .

My friend and I stayed at this home for a few day getaway and this house was perfect. It was roomy and comfortable. The outdoor patio was a nice place to relax. Location was on a quiet street and approximately a 6 block walk to restaurants and breweries.

Loved this home - artsy cottage, lovely neighbors, great front porch! Walk to historical homes, near to Front street. We did a fishing charter & it was just a short drive to Carolina Beach. Great location!
