Charming Three Oaks Cottage - dog friendly with a fenced yard and hot tub!

This place is well managed, very clean, and felt like a home away from home for us. 10/10 would stay again.

If you have a small dog this house is perfect! It’s even got a doggie door! It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Communication was good - only setback was she forgot to change the code and I thought I was losing my mind b/c I couldn’t get the door unlocked - lol - but that fixed quickly and was no biggie. We enjoyed the quiet street and hot tub.

Our getaway to this cottage in Three Oaks was fabulous! Every detail of this rental was thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. Super clean, comfy bed, very nice bedding, every thing we possibly needed in the kitchen, plus a huge fenced back yard with a doggie door and special treats which made us all feel so welcome! The outdoor area was so quiet, comfortable and wonderful, plus the hot tub was a huge bonus! We highly recommend this rental. We had great communication with the owner, we will rent again when in the area! Absolutely loved it!!

Beautiful property! Close to town and beaches. Carolyn thought of everything to make things welcoming and accommodating even for our dogs! We will stay again.

Overall the stay was good. Everything was easy to use and figure out. Only 15 minutes away from the beach.I would say if you’re looking for a place to stay for sometime away I would recommend it.

What a beautiful house and property. Located perfectly between Warren Dunes and New Buffalo beaches. The house was clean and they had EVERYTHING you would need to be comfortable. She offered even pet bowls, dog beds, a dog bed for the fire ring out back, dog treats. Upon getting there, there was a little note with some treats from a local restaurant for us. The property was clean and comfortable. The patio and hot tub were an added bonus. She had Native products in the shower which I loved as that is what we use at home. We hope to come back to this house next year. Book this house you won't regret it!

Such a nice house in a cute little town! We loved that we could walk to everything in town. It's a very small town, but has great restaurants and everything you could need. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, and the fenced yard was nice peace of mind for our dog. Everything from getting to the house, in the house, and checkout was super easy. We loved the beach at Warren Dunes, so I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you Carolyn!

We were quite impressed with the quality of the amenities and the warmth of the decor. The owner thought of everything to make her guests happy. And since we arrived later in the evening, I especially appreciated the stocked coffee and creamers in the morning! We didn’t use the fire pit or the hot tub, but it was nice to know that the owner encouraged their use. Fabulous place!

Sweet and well-appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Only half a mile from the restaurants in three oaks and 15 miles to the beach. Dog-friendly, as well. We’d love to come back!

The house was cute, inviting and was well stocked with all the amenities needed. The location was convenient to several beaches new buffalo beach, warren state park and our favorite Weko beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet . We took our dog for a walk daily to downtown three oaks where enjoyed a coffee from Alan’s and Baked goods from Froelichs bakery. When the weather was cloudy, we took a quick trip to University of Notre Dame, which was only 45 minutes from the house. Owner was a great communicator and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful! The inside was more than spacious for our family of three, and the yard was equally as grand. We were well equipped with everything we needed in and outside the house, and found everything to be cozy and comfortable. Also, great and fast communication. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming Three Oaks Cottage. It was perfect in every way and Carolyn was wonderful to work with. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated, and Carolyn thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to the area.

This is a great, clean house in a really fun town. We enjoyed the back patio after grabblng wine from the bottle shop downtown.

The place was a clean and comfortable stay. Exactly as described. The large fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, the backyard was a great place to relax and the hot tub was clean. It was a quiet neighborhood, close to town and we would walk our dogs every morning and get coffee and treats to eat at the park. We explored the nature trails in the area with our dogs, and it was close to Warren Dunes State Park where we were able to take the dogs on a nice long walk along the beach line. Overall, we wanted to be able to have a 'family experience with the girls and this was a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. Wonderful patio, hot tub, and fenced in backyard. It was the nicest vacation rental property we’ve ever stayed at and would love to stay there again.

It is our 2nd time back at this 3 Oaks property and everything was as wonderful as our first stay. The house is decorated beautifully and there are plenty of amenities. The host has thought of everything! We especially like the extra blankets and towels so that we do not need to bring our own. We utilized the hot tub outside even on the cold New Years night and it was great! The house is on a quiet dead-end road and is very close to downtown. The yard is fenced in and very dog-friendly. Bathrooms and kitchen very very clean, comfortable couch and bed. It’s a great place to get away from the business of life and relax. Would recommend!!

The host thought of everything! The place was clean, comfortable, stylish and organized. The beds were so comfortable. It is on a quiet cul da sac, yet easily walkable to the adorable downtown. The yard is fenced in and safe for dogs to freely and safely run around. I can’t wait to go back!

This home truly exceeded our expectations! The back yard was a standout feature—spacious, beautifully maintained, and so peaceful. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation. Inside, the house had a very nice flow, with thoughtfully designed spaces and high-quality finishes throughout. Myself along with my husband and two doodles enjoyed a lovey fall getaway at this wonderful property. The neighborhood is quiet and nature takes ahold of all your focus in the expansive backyard. Our city doodles had plenty of space to run, play, and explore. We took advantage of the fire pit and and and the hot tub amenities explore.

This cozy house in Three Oaks was fantastic. It was so cute and cozy, so easy to relax in, and just the right fit for us and our pups. The house was clean and updated, had everything we needed with extras. The backyard was amazing for our pups. Fully fenced in secure. It was so cute with all the lights. Host was so accommodating and friendly. Kept us up to date on any issues and was so easy to communicate with. Three Oaks was such a cute town. We were pretty centrally located to a number of other great towns and the beach. Will come back again for sure.

Such a wonderful home and location. Very clean and the host was quick to respond to all questions. The yard was perfect for relaxing with my dog in the morning to have a cup of coffee to start the day. At night the quiet street and hot tub were great to have. Close to places to eat, a grocery store and gas station with the beaches nearby.

Very clean, very well stocked, very easy check out. Fantastic back yard for our puppies to run around in. Lovely setting and a great stay.

My family and I had such a nice stay at this house. Felt like home. We didn't get to enjoy the Outdoor part as much as we wanted to due to the weather but the inside was so comfortable and relaxing it did not matter. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. She had everything needed for your pet, I did not really need most things I brought for my dog. We had an issue with the TV and she sent someone out right away and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend! Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Based on the description, photos and reviews It may have been hard to exceed expectations, but this gem of a house did just that. Starting with the convenient location of Three Oaks, this accommodation truly does feel like the comfortable and relaxing home one would like to spend time in. Everything has been thought of to provide for a wonderful stay. From the beautiful interior design to the fully equipped kitchen, to the comfortable beds, to the expansive and inviting outdoor space with deck, fire pit and hot tub you could not ask for anything more. Thank you, Carolyn, for being the perfect host and for creating such an incredible experience.

Meticulously clean and thoughtfully designed home. We had an issue come up and Brandy, the property manager responded immediately and successfully resolved the issue. Very impressed by the communication with both Carolyn, the owner and Brandy, the property manager. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and private with fire pit, hot tub as well as outdoor comfortable seating and a table and chairs. Fragrant candles available and many little touches that made staying here for 6 nights exceptional.

The house was cozy and very clean! And the location was perfect. Three Oaks is such a cute little town, and only 10-15 minutes from lots of beaches and other great restaurants. It was such a great size for our family of 3 and bigger dog who felt so welcome with all the pet supplies and giant backyard to run around in. We plan to try staying here again next year we loved it so much :)

The house was just as described. Very clean. I’m not sure how to describe it other than it felt like a home away from home. There was just this nice, cozy feeling we all felt during our stay. The location is awesome and a short driving distance to several beaches. My family & our dog enjoyed it very much.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has everything you could possibly need. My family enjoyed the games, the hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful outdoor space. The hostess has left out no details and was extremely responsive. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our weekend getaway to Three Oaks. This property was perfect, just as described and displayed in pictures. Great location , good proximity to New Buffalo and downtown Three Oaks. House was clean, kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook if desired. Hot tub was clean and working properly. We really appreciated the fact that the property not only accepted pets but welcomed them. There are treats, blankets, bowls and toys for your pet. Carolyn was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.
