Nice Villa, nice host, recommend to those looking for a quiet location who want to explore the island.

We had a fantastic and truly memorable holiday here - Miquel is a brilliant host, considerate, helpful and full of local information - and he has created a glorious home from home. The highlight is the pool - a great view, surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for gardens. House is practical and comfortable, designed to stay cool, very well equipped. Plenty of space inside and out. From early morning swims to long evenings eating on the terrace we all - from 1 year old to 50 somethings - had a glorious holiday,. Easy to access whole of island - coast, towns and hills. Shops and restaurants a short drive away in Llubi, Inca and Sineu. Railways stations also on hand . Miquel always available for advice or to sort any issues (didn't really have any). A wonderful place to relax, but also a great base from which to explore and discover the island.

We have stayed in several properties in Mallorca over recent years. Miquel was by far the most attentive owner. He communicated really well prior to our stay, and was very responsive to texts on the day, confirming our time of arrival. His instructions to get to the property were spot on. He also provided initial provisions, which was a first for us. When we arrived, he spent about an hour showing us around the property, so we felt we knew where everything was, and could enjoy our holiday from the start. It's a delightful property. The 3 bedrooms in the main house are all characterful. The kitchen and seating area inside are reasonably small, but fully functional. The annex has a much bigger living space. The outdoor seating areas were lovely, although we recommend mosquito repellant in the evenings! The pool was large and clean, with a large area for sun beds. Perhaps it would be even better with some formal shade here, as it's tough being in the sun all day! Quite a lot of wasps used the pool for drinking, and needed to be fished out. Actually, this was no great effort, because there was a large net, and it only took a few seconds to do. The barbecue was clean and really easy to use, with the charcoal being ready within 20 minutes. Others have commented on the aircraft. You are under the flight paths to Palma, but the aircraft are at about 4,000 feet. Therefore, you can hear them, but it's not intrusive, and we didn't hear them at all when in bed. You could even download the flight radar 24 app, and discover where each flight has come from, although my wife said that this was little better than being a train spotter. :-( Far more noise comes from the abundance of wildlife. cicadas (obviously), but also donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep, and some delightful wild kittens and their mum, but wouldn't let us near enough to handle them. Once again, all this was lovely rather than intrusive. The local village of Llubi had a couple of excellent bread shops, and simple supermarkets. The Mercadona in Inca was huge. (Looked small from the outside, but was underground). The market in Sineu was great, particularly the animals! And the Moli d'Pau restaurant there was very good, with a parrot that said 'hola!' and a large aviary. In summary, this is a really nice finca, in a rural area of Mallorca. The property is very well maintained, and Miquel and his wife are both delightful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and clean Finca with fantastic pool in unique and very calm location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcomed us with fresh fruit, toast and other delicacies. I‘m sure it won‘t be the last time we‘ve been there.

The villa contained everything you need and more. The choice of bedrooms and advantage of the annex for the grandparents was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning made even the hottest evenings more comfortable. There are numerous seating areas for dining, our favourite was the table at the front of the building to take in the mountain views. The swimming pool was ideal, with steps into the shallow end making it accessible to the older members of our party. The sunbeds were good and easily movable to the shaded areas. The villa is about a 2 mile walk into the nearest town, taking the country lanes, this makes for a wonderful morning stroll to collect fresh bread from the award winning bakery. The village had numerous shops and bars so catered for all our needs. The largest supermarkets were situated about 15 mins away in Inca and the beaches about 25 mins away. Miquel and his wife were fantastic hosts, with beers in the fridge and other treats throughout our stay they made us feel very welcome. A lightning storm took out the water one morning and Miquel arrived, and fixed the issue before we had even noticed! I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a luxury and tranquil holiday. We hope to be back one day soon.

Very enjoyable family holiday. It has three bedroom rooms with an attic containing a double bed. If you like cycling then it is perfectly located close to the mountains with very nice rides to Campanet and Pollenca. Cycle hire available close by in Selva. All coast lines roughly one hour's drive away.

We loved the various outdoor seating areas, the pool with stunning view and the quiet, central location. Miquel and his wife were perfect hosts, very welcoming and extremely generous. Thank you for a wonderful break!

Fantastic character property, with great views in a calm area, trust the pictures! Everything was very clean and well kept, the hosts are very welcoming (fantastic surprise treats upon arrival :)) and nice people. The location is perfect for exploring the island as stands in the middle of it, beaches 20 min drive. You could not wish more for a relaxing holiday with family and it is worth to return! A big thanks to the owners of this marvelous place Pepi and Miquel for being such charming and perfect hosts for our one week vacation in April. We enjoyed it so much. The pictures on this website are good but for the real impression you have to see and feel it personally. The Finca located in the middle of Mallorca was the ideal starting point to explore the island. We went to Palma, to the mountain area and to beaches in the north and south and coming back to this wonderful place in the evening was nothing but a pleasure. The weather was great and we had every single meal outside at the big table next to the fireplace. The kitchen was a joy to use, the big frig and lots of storage space for the groceries helped a lot with our shopping management. Miquel recommended a nice little bakery next to the church in Sineu, where we bought our daily baguette and some great cake. And for me as a tech-freak very important, the WiFi was one of the best I have ever had in any holiday location before. Several access points to cover the whole place inside and outside with a download speed high enough for parallel video streaming on at least three devices… (okay – that was even more significant to our children, they loved it) Generally the freedom of having two separate buildings to choose our bedrooms made the great holiday question of “who-sleeps-where” a very flexible, easy and relaxed task. The two bathrooms worked like a charm. Water pressure was really good and hot water for my beloved hot shower never run out. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming back soon.
