Stayed Oct 3, 2025It is a good location on the water with a good dock that was deep enough for our boat despite super low water levels. Overall, house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils/towels/bedding etc. Water comes from a well and has slightly odd smell but it was fine. We had a great time with our family with 4 small kids and my in laws. Grass area out front was very nice for the kids to play and it was great weather in October to bbq and eat outside. Was nice to park boat trailer on property during stay and clean up boat onsite at the end of our trip.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning blew cold all week long without any problems. Plenty of room to park multiple vehicles on site including 30 foot boat, trailer and jet skis. We would definitely rent this again in the future.

Stayed May 25, 2023Our excellent experience started with great communication and responsiveness from the owner before and during our trip. On arrival we lucked out and found the property to have great parking (room for our boat trailers and room to turn around in the driveway, down a private gated street). We enjoyed the really nice grassy yard adjacent to the river, nice place to relax and to let the kids get out some energy. The rooms were as described and the house, sheets and towels were crisp and clean. No complaints or concerns, perfect stay. Thank you!
