Drop of Dew is a new construction cottage in the old historic district. This charming cottage has 4 bedrooms each with private bath spread over 3 floors. There is an additional living area and wet bar in the basement. Cottage can comfortably sleep 8 adults or it can accommodate 6 adults and up to 5 kids sleeping in the bunk room (full bed/full bed with a twin trundle)

Stayed Sep 20, 2024The home is perfect for family or friends. The 4 spacious bedrooms with their own private bathrooms works perfectly. The fact that 3 of 4 bedrooms are on separate floors creates both privacy and silence. The kitchen is very well stocked with Bosch appliances and plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses. The dining area and living room are excellent gathering areas. This is my first VRBO experience and it has been first class and the host was very professional and available.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024Our stay was fantastic. The accommodation is exactly as presented in the listing – maybe even a little nicer! It’s a great location with an easy walk to/from town – which made it easy for everyone to do their own thing and regroup at the house (we stayed with six adults). Rich was so accommodating and helpful with arrival/departure – super responsive and we felt like we were in good hands! I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again next summer.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We had the most wonderful week staying in this rental. The proximity to town, restaurants, beaches and everything made the trip perfect! The owner was always available for any questions and was very helpful! The house was spotless when we arrived and easy to tidy up when we left. We can’t wait to come back! Miss the island already! :)
