Stayed Nov 16, 2025Super cute cottage, clean and beautifully decorated. Everything in the listing was accurate. We walked to all restaurants/bars/shopping but far enough away to be quiet. A little cool for beach activities but enjoyed a few hours a couple of days sitting and walking on the beach.

First, the host, Steven, was so pleasant and accommodating. Provided so much Folly Island information about all the sites and places that we should visit.The cottage itself was clean, tidy, well stocked, comforting and decorated wonderfully. The location was convenient and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Please enjoy this cottage, fall in love as we did, but make sure you save me some time!Thank you Steven and Michael, so grateful!

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Enjoyed our stay! Great location to Folly Beach’s restaurants, shopping, pier and beaches. Just a couple of things that I observed. The lamp on the left side of the bed was a little wobbly around the bulb when trying to turn on and off. I have MS and my balance is a little off so I noticed the top on pedestal sink in the bathroom was loose. When I would hold on to it while brushing my teeth I had to be careful. Don’t mean to nitpick but thought you should know. I loved the shower head. The bed was very comfy. The little front porch was nice to sit on and relax. We had a great time and I’ve already told others about your place and they want to stay. So I’m sending them the link. We are already looking forward to staying again!
